@silencemayday live streaming is good news for me too, even though PAX is like 6-7 hour drive from where I live, Im just unable to go, otherwise id be going with the PAX east platoon lol
but yes, live stream is awesome (if they get it working.) just have to get the timezone differences right![]()
Well, it starts 4:30pm EDT as far as I know.
So for us it's gonna be 10:30pm CEST...if I'm correct with the 6 hour difference.

now right now the DLC schedule WAS supposed to have been multiplayer DLC then alternative apperance DLC then some gameplay DLC, given what has happend and from interviews last week with voice actors some of them confirming they were called in weeks early goes to show that bioware are indeed panicing.
hmmmm this I must have missed somewhere on the boards... got a link?

My N7-Level is around 260 by now and I've never seen anyone who tried to kick someone due to their low level from bronze matches.
The only players I kick are those who let the others wait for ages. And maybe those who after multiple games still don't understand that they have to stand within the exfiltration area by the time the countdown has reached zero.
I'd be happy to give those who have only had frustrating experiences in MP so far another chance. Just contact me if you wish.
Same kind of experience here, though I have seen one instance where one oh-so-mighty lvl 19 krogan soldier, who was hosting, decided that lvl 10 sentinel just wasn't good enough for the team (silver lvl, so total BS imho, I have done succesfull silver runs with two under lvl 10 engineers, and it became soon clear I was the least skilled player in the room), which is understandable, we only had my lvl 20 infiltrator and lvl 18 asari adept [ / sarcasm]
Oh, and no one else had any problem with the sentinel, judging by 3 green lights <_<
But yeah, I broke my MP boycott yesterday, so if you want to be best origin pals 4evah, I'm game, though not necessarily gold lvl game.

i used the schedule used for previous games as an example, like COD and gears, they released multiplayer dlc first, then diffrent skins then gameplay dlc.
its standard practise these days
the voice actors did say they were supposed to have been back in bioware studios for VO work in a few months and i THINK it was the guy behind the male shep voice that did say "we were supposed to have been in the studio for more voice acting but thats all changed and were back sooner than we expected", i know i did see it in a link from one of the posts here

you guys talking about mp make me wish i wouldn't suck that bad.. :'D but damn, i suck..
Everyone does at first
I have had some experience with shooters, MEs and Bulletstorm namely, but I have always felt that while games are fun, MP is not (tried MMOs for a while. hate the concept), but seriously speaking, ME3 MP is the first team game I have ever played. And boy, I would've kicked myself from the first couple of games I played x)
We play and learn, that's all there is to it, every once in a while one should check on MP section of the forums to get the basics right, like 'get to the ******* extraction zone' and 'do not go cowboying alone' and 'do not headshot the blue dude, or adept will be sad panda'

In my experience, people only kick low levels from gold/silver matches. Gold, I can understand. Silver, maybe (Silver reapers can be brutal on some maps). But bronze? I quit games that try to kick low level players at the bronze level. Everyone needs to start somewhere. Thankfully, I have only seen this dispcable behavior once or twice in my MP (and I play alot of MP) on XBOXLive. Not sure if it is worse on other platforms.

I've wanted to try the MP after two playthroughs of the singleplayer, and the game has not been out that long, so it is not like everybody playing MP will be uber-pro at this point, but out of several tries at joining a quick game on bronze, it always resulted in being kicked out.
Not a good start to experience MP.

Wow, I never was kicked out, and never heard any critique, even though I almost always ended up on the 4th place after the match. Once I played with 2 guys who had lvl1 chars, and other one was high level. I took 2nd place, yeah - felt like a bossDarth_Acheron47 wrote...

@the_secondhammer id play some MP with you but i kind of gave up on it when I got kicked from a party last week because I had an assault rifle equipped instead of sniper rifle, ridiculous right? lol FierySlayer117 is my gamertag, can add me if you want, Ill probably end up playing some soon, either today or tomorrow
I pretty much gave up on MP after people were kicking me off before I'd even gotten a chance to play - presumably because I don't have a high level character. A bit hard to level up if you aren't given the chance to play huh?
I had the exact same problem. "Oh, your character is level one. Bye." I tried for about an hour before just giving up. I'm not touching it again. No point putting myself through the frustration.
Kind of the same way I feel about playing the SP at this point...
Btw, does anybody know, cause I didn't notice - is there a friendly fire in ME3 MP?
Same here, I managed to get in a lot of good groups, and I only started playing MP 2 days ago...
Sounds like some people are just getting unlucky with who they wind up with. Keep trying, you'll fing a good group soon.
After 2 days I have a lv 18 female Human Adept, a lv 19 Quarian Engineer, and a lv 18 Asari Vanguard.
I'm hoping to pull a Turian or Krogan Sentinel from a pack so I can use one for my next character...

so i've been thinking about the ending bit at the end of the credits, anyone else get the feeling that bioware is looking at a ME MMORPG and that bit is the tie in? it just seems like they left the door open for it down the road to me.

I can't believe this for one sole reason. Money...
Bioware have TOR already and it's not like they could handle 2 MMO at once. Beside, EA don't have the millions needed to lunch such a project. And if EA had it, they will have to get the 500k customers to get TOR on the good side of the money balance and keep them.
IMO it's nearly impossible they could though about this at this time.

So, been playing some Modern Warfare 3. Starting banging my head against the wall (not literally) because of the lag compensation... And all I could think of was "It's still better than the ME3 ending." Lol. Seriously, though, they're equally as bad, IMO.

Could be worse... I wanted to play a little Overlord 2 the other day, 20 minutes later my Xbox decided to get the Red Ring of Death... First game in 3 weeks and the console breaks...
