I reassert my new wish from Bioware - ME3: Part 2 - after destroying the Reapers on Earth we take back Palaven, Thessia, Sur'Kesh, Tuchanka etc.
*edit* and then we get a proper ending
I like the idea of Taking back Earth. Would be fun if it was something they included in a DLC. It would make for a cool slogan, or something.
I kind of though that was what we were meant to get in the undoctored game...At least 'Take Earth Back' is written right at the top of the packaging on the back of my copy.
Or is this another case of being 'misleading' about what content ME3 acually contains...?

Yes. But I think it's just suggestion that's making people see similarities. It can mean a lot of things regarding ME. And from the beginning. The Reapers, Protheans, Citadel etc. I think the question about machines and man is there from the beginning, that's obvious. How to solve it was the question.
And taking the end from "Deus ex" was not the best solution...

It would be cool if they pull a conversation like at the end of ME 3 with only giving 3 choices.
If Bioware don't want to choose one option the fans will leave.

I think people should go with the same "Retake" shirt, or something similar. Something that would be noticeble during BW's presentation. And maybe reharse a nice "retake" song. All in good fun.

I like the idea of MP. I would have bought it as a DLC. However, since they said it would not affect SP, and it does, I refuse to touch it. Seriously Your readiness level is cut in half and never goes up in SP. That just makes you feel like you are doing something wrong.

You really think people would buy a ME MMORPG after what happened with the series? I wouldn't waste my money on that idea what so ever............. Now proper ending DLC on the other hand here's my wallet bioware TAKE IT TAKE IT!
-----
i never said it would be a good idea or work, just that it looked like they left the option out there. yeah, after the outrage over the endings it won't happen, unless SPACE MAGIC!but really, if they had the response to the end they thought they would get, it 'MIGHT' have been possible. and yeah ending dlc would be much better.
and Misterdde45000, yeah it would take a lot to line up right, enough interested players, cashy money, luck, etc. to make it work. although CCP is doing a free mmo Dust 514, but they are really good at getting stuff to work out well and i highly doubt bioware would be able to make that kind of system work, since Dust is tied into EVE and all.
HOLD THE LINE
I'd totaly play a ME mmo...if, key word if they fix the endings.
Otherwise no...just no.

I hate MP. And in this case is even worst, because of the way it affects SP. I said before: the best way would be for BW to release an optional "Opt-out of MP" add-on. It would recalibrate (thanks, Garrus!) the amount of points earned in SP so you could achieve the same as with MP. And since it's optional, whoever loves MP can keep the "challenge".

I'd play too (of course, if the endings are fixed), but I can see a little problem in this possible MMO: lack of choice when it comes to races for female character. Basically, you can play human, quarian and asari, possibly krogan. After seeing dalatress and a turian female, I don't think these races will be super popular as fem characters. And I'm for equal rightsKaiserinKai wrote...
