Hi guys!!
I wish I could go to PAX, though I fear we will be disappointed (again...), but a part of me wants to believe they will have good news; how do you think everyone will react? Eerie silence or blind rage??

Well if there is good news I hope there is not some boorish cheering

ON TOPIC DISCUSSION- How have you Held the Line in your own personal life?
I have personally warned every customer in my store that, while 99.8% of the game is amazing, a majority of fans and consumers are disappointed with the ending.
I have done the same but with friends as dont work in retial
I warned every game owner I knew. Frequented Turkish forums and premium game review sites and posted messages. It seems Turkey is more democratic than it would appear at first glance. Nobody deleted my posts in Turkish websites, not even in pro sites. But my polite, to the point and constructive replies to Ray Muzyka's Twitter account got deleted.
Bioware is not open to criticism. And Mr. Muzyka's account is actually controlled by social media arm of their PR company so no surprise there. Just wanted to say that they are actually NOT listening... not on Twitter anyway. Bioware's Twitter celebs are quick to post humorous twits and comic strips to mock, riducule and belittle us though. Because they are running their own show. Go check yourself
They try to appear like they are the only smart people on the net. But that's PR tactic too. Usually even pro smart replies are deleted. Simple rule: guest messages cannot be smarter than your own Twits/posts. If they are then you are outsmarted

There is no artistic integrity. The inability to convey intent (aka Endings) is the definition of failed art. Ditch the endings, start from scratch. The rest of the game is also a collection of modular levels. No artistic integrity like ME1 or ME2.

It gives me the strength to keep on going till PAX.
Anyway, keep on holding the line!

"A fourth option is a professional, respectful compromise, not bowing to a mob. The existing endings would stand for anyone who wants them, and the experiences of those players would be honored and protected. BioWare saves face, any reasonable option to complain melts away, and the industry learns a valuable lesson: If you're going to make a blockbuster Hollywood movie with a videogame attached to it whereby you nominate the players as your editing staff, commit to your decision."

And when I look at the people posting here, we are not the angry mob. We actually know what we're talking about.
Maybe, just maybe, the critics are afraid the fans sitting at their feet gobbling up their word as final judgment on a product are actually intruding on their turf: criticizing.
