Isn't there that one picture taken of some comic with the turian with a weird fringe? Some people say it's a she. Though even if that's true, it's still a she with a weird fringe. I always imagined turian female's having better fringes than males. 

Oh, and I'm not buying that 'no gender' theory lifted from Discworld dwarves. Even though that would make the encounter Garrus mentions in ME2 (reach/flexibility) rather hilarious

Is it just me or at the end when all the ships you've managed to gather fly into to battle the reapers, and when Joker goes through the list of the races you've managed to gather. Wouldn't of it been better if it had cut away to reach race and had a member of each race say 'Turian fleet reporting in' 'Asari fleet reporting in'

I just think it would have made that sense of accomplishment feel so much greater to see all those races say 'yes we support you Shepard, lets do this' Don't get me wrong I loved the space battle is was mind blowing to watch I just think it would be nice to have a little tweak to make it much more epic. It would have also been cool to see the Geth and Quarian fly into battle together.

Yeah I think they had that planned but ran out of time.. this is probably the most forgivable instance since they still went to the effort to get it in there.  Up until after the Anderson/Shepard Citadel sequence I think most of it was amazingly done.. I think they just didn't finish everything they wanted to there, it looks like there was a Citadel mission missing or something.

I think on my playthrough the Quarians had a cut away saying that and you had a cut away to the Geth but they didn't say anything. I would still like to see the Normandy take part in the battle to show why it's the best ship in the Alliance!

I agree! There were maaannny missed opportunities in the endgame sequence for pure epicness. Problem is no one wants to mention those issues too much so as to draw attention away from the glaring issues and to seem like they are just complaining. It really could've been done so much better on so many levels it boggles the mind.

I think it was noted in the game that the Geth and Quarian fleets were being kept apart because of their history. I think the reasoning was basically 'better safe than sorry', which made perfect sense really.

I also seem to remember someone noting that the CGI battle was not done by Bioware themselves, but contracted out to a third party - probably a time issue. I suspect that BW would have added more into the battle, or at least at the start of it...although given the ending I wouldn't put money on that...heck if they'd story-boarded the battle at the same time they did the ending the fleet would have included the USS Enterprise and the Battlestar Galactica...
