I think it is interesting how the press is now talking about how we are the outlet of a fans vs. developers conflict over player-choice in videogames.

That certainly is an issue that comes up when we are dealing with games that offer such a freedom of choice, but from what I have seen in the forums, this outrage is ME3 exclusive so far. Which is also why I think all that "entitled" criticism is wasted on us.

I don't think this is about all videogames. It sure sets an example for the impact a well-made game can have. And make no mistake, ME3 is well-made, both in story and technically, except for those last 5 minutes.
But more importantly, it is about ME, what Bioware said they would do, the standard they set themselves and how the last 5 minutes fall flat compared to over 90 hours of superb gamedesign.

Anyway, holding the line, waiting for the PAX platoon to hit the ground and gather intel.

I hope they don't change the endings. Sure, add an epilogue with explanations or something, but if they actually change the endings as they are, then I'll be disappointed.

They should have released the game on March 31... the first players who finished the game would have had the same reaction to the ending, but it would have felt different in the context of the day that is today.

Oh and why's that? Is it because you'll loose the massive Plot holes, and thus have no way for the Fan fics that have been popping up all over the place to work anymore, or is there some other motive for this hope? (I apologize if that sounded like I was being a ****, I'm genuinley curious as to why you want the "endings" not to change.)

@Jere85, I played a vanguard using just the paladin pistol for my insanity run, it was extremely easy, felt like I was on casual, never died once, literally was able charge/nova everything to death
