Well the line is kinda empty right now but it's understandable since most people are waiting for PAX.

K, that was funny as h***. I always hated the dream sequence - not cuz of the kid, I hated him, but the sequence seemed so poorly done. I mean a random forest with smoky shadows? Seriously? Humans often dream of things, people, places they've already experienced; why not a dream of losing everyone on the CB, getting captured, then waking up (in first-person for emphasis) in a pod and watching a human comrade getting melted before it's your turn? Or fighting Reaper forces on a previously explored planet, seeing lost comrades die all over again, have their voices haunt you the rest of the sequence, then meeting up with your LI. After that pan the camera so the LI is off-screen, have Shep say something to them, then pan back to show the LI has been Reaper-ified and pounces you? Both of those are traumatic because they pull things we've been conditioned by the game to care about, then uses it against us. No random environment, no forced amateur emotional manipulation, no. bloody. kid!

IMHO we should still keep up the *polite and civil* pressure up till PAX - because the 10% won't stop giving their positive feedback to bioware either.

No there was an official statement some days ago where they said that no announcements would be made on April 1st.

I'm sure that they know this is not a good time for this.....(for their own safety)

No - they couldn't decide on one so they wanted to leave it open for interpretation. That way it would be memorable and people could talk about it. <_<

It should, after all, be used for some good.

Good grief!, I do hope you gave a choice of colour.

I wonder, how manny are we here on this thread?
I'm curious because i already know each of you by name but i don't know if it's because i'm spending too much time here or because we are few.

I think we all just spend too much time on here lol. Though as others have mentioned, I think there are a lot more of us waiting for PAX.

Right now? I would guess active membership (alot of posting) is around 23, with a core team (constant posting) of about 13. However, before the announcement that there would be an announcement on the 6th I only knew DJBare and Tami because they posted quite a bit. After the announcement everyone went silent and those of us left here are essentially acting as caretakers so people don't have to necro a thread (plus we keep adding to Retake's pool of knowledge). In that kinda of situation, you learn about people since this is like us all being co-workers. After the announcement this Friday I guarantee people you don't know but posted before will show up again - be it to celebrate or ***** is the question.

There are 67k+ posts here, but, some people here(including me) posted more than 500 comments alone, so, maybe there isn't so much people here.....

Off topic here for a second, I feel the urge to shout at someone, but no one's doing anything wrong... which negates the need to shout at anyone... Thus making me sad... ;-;

Seems to be we have regulars that are here pretty much all the time unless work, or sleep, or pesky life tasks get in the way *waves*
I think MANY more and are quietly holding the line, watching and waiting. They jump in when they have stuff to add and tend not to dribble nonsensical...like some of us *waves again*

Try and do multiple things on your pc at once, it will slow considerably and then you can rage at your pc/windows. Would that help?
