It's under review, follows on from Amazon.com offering full refunds.

This is a 3rd party resellers, not Amazon.co.uk directly ... see the line "
Dispatched from and sold by Sent2u by hts-scotland[/b]."  Strangely enough, when you search for ME3, and click on the link to the XBox version, you are taken to this page ... have they stopped selling the xbox version?  No issues for PC and PS3 pages (all point to copies sold directly by amazon.co.uk ).  Perhaps a screw up on amazon's part...

From Amazon;

Item Under ReviewThis product is not currently offered by Amazon.co.uk because a customer recently told us that the item he or she received was not as described.We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you may still find this product available from other sellers on this page.

If Amazon agrees with the complaint....

I think the reason is that there are not 16 endings like stated in the advertisement.

yeah, i read that yesterday. i've already taken care of the necessary preparations for the following months, but i still can't take it seriously. just seems so surreal and even laughable.
you been to the demo yesterday?

Probably.

I wonder what would happen if Amazon unholds the complaint? I mean beyond refusing to stock the game. Could they refuse to stock future Bioware titles? Or would they issue a recall and ask Bioware/EA for their money back?

And if Amazon issue a recall and ask EA for their money back could other suppliers in the UK follow?

Probably unlikely... how many things have you purchased from amazon that have not lived up to spec?

However, one COULD argue false advertising since the product description on the US site states "
A Rich, Branching Storyline[/b] - Experience a sci-fi epic with multiple endings determined by your choices and actions throughout the game "  Hmmmmmmmm.... :blink:

From the discription on Amazon UK;

Mass Effect 3[/i] will react to each decision you make as you play through a truly unique experience of your own creation.

A Rich, Branching Storyline[/b] - Experience a sci-fi epic with multiple endings determined by your choices and actions throughout the game

Yeah, that isn't exactly what you could call truthful is it? One ending in three colours....

Methinks things have just gotten really serious.

that is legit, amazon recived a vast amount of refund requests and amazon was given a long list of legit complaints all of which were backed up.

this is not the only product thats had this treatment MANY EA games have recived this in the past

I saw the motivational on the motivational thread.
Now, that says somethig. If toonami comes back for one night and they mention ME3...wow. We shall agree the ending was horrible B)

I can think of one Austrian who got quite famous for his fiery speeches (and he was a decorated war hero to boot).

Not to take a poke at you personally, but I just couldn't resist...
