We seem to come in waves. As newer unhappy players join this thread, the ones that came before them seem to gain some sort of patience and start waiting. But it is still good to see some of the peeps around who used to post and stalk with me nearly 2000 pages ago...

That being said, Phoenix, cane? really? kinky...but I don't swing that way.

Ironically some of us DO have a cane...*Sighs*

As for the Kotaku article, I think they're lying. I mean, they have posted poorly researched articles in the past, and that article is worded so it makes it impossible to verifiy anything.

I feel sorry for you, you missed the best times in the mmo history. now its just ... everyone trying to make a new mmo to get millions and millions of players like blizzard to make a ton of money. everything has to be super easy and simple to get as many players as possible. kinda like mass effect 3 where a lot of the RPG stuff was just taken out because it wasn't needed in the devs eyes. Like exploring, having real conversations with your crew and have choices that matter and dont just end up the same just with different words

glad you are enjoying tor ofc. i mean im glad for every game that someone finds enjoyable. i enjoyed tor too before but now i dont have anything to do and i already have 3 level 50 characters and i dont think its cool to level up all of them just to keep playing, if you know what i mean.

I started playing MMO's with Counter Strike before it was even known of by most people. Then the PKers caame in and the hackers and cheaters and the game went to hell. Mabinogi HAD a great community, but in game trading got out of hand, and the game itself didnt progress well and it ended up sucking as well. In all, i've had and played upwards of fifty different mmos, and frankly, they all suck.. Either your forced into multi player scenarios or the entire scenario is made out of pablum and so weak a level three could walk through it with a toothpick and an attitude.
I found it really disgusting when i heard ME was heading in the same direction.

I loved Counter Strike. Gun game was brilliant, right up until those hackers etc ruined it for the rest of us.....

I noticed that all the places that sell canes are apparently located in the most inconveniant locations possible if you don't have a car. My favourate is a place who'd website tells you all about how they are devoted to helping people with mobility problems...It just happens to be located five miles from a city centre and a mile from any bus stops.

I guess I'm one of those people that is having a hard time just being patient. I've been following this thread since the 10th, when I finished the game. Would say I'm still as angry then as I am now.

Though I like the idea that if Bioware doesn't say the right things at PAX, they will reawaken that giant sleeping army that was waiting for that day.

I've been here since march 7th, but that wasnt the beginning. It was quite late actually.  i'm not sure where the founders of the thread are at, but its good to see alamandorius and others here from time to time.. Good to see you all here actually. Doesnt matter if you came a month ago, or yesterday.  I love the diversity and the incredable drive you all show. Not that what i like really matters in the big picture, but so few have ever said anything about how awesome you all really are..

mmo's are for you and your friends to have fun and play nice togather. wasteing alot of time . perfect for MP!

RPGS are for making u feel important like you matter. like only u can solve the worlds problems . only your choices define what happens in the story.
besides coop side missions? see where MP dont belong?

Like I mentioned yesterday I've also been here since the beginning/before release, even knowing what was going to happen in advance didn't prepare me, lurked till like page 1000, and since then have started to get more vocal as time goes by

Lol, I know what you mean. Haven't posted in this thread since, ohh idk, page 11XX or something, but been reading most of the way. It's gotten to the point where we've all debated and speculated about just about EVERYTHING ad nauseum. This lack of news is killing me.
