Just posting a passing thought.

Starbrat tells us they have to uplift/destroy organics to prevent them creating synthetics that will eventually turn on organics.
Thought, the reapers are speculated to be the most powerful synthetic force in the galaxy, in the end we beat them by whatever choice we make, wait, wait, something is not quite right, we beat the most powerful synthetic force in the galaxy but we cannot deal with a synthetic uprising of our own making, good grief, must...stop...thinking.

Not forgetting that Starbrat's main aim was always to stop synthetics from destroying organics. Without going into all of the logical holes in his little idea, why even give us an option to destroy all synthetic life? What's to stop us from going on with our lives and one day making more synthetics? And this time we wouldn't have a little idiot to stop it from happening! :o Wow, he's really stupid for a god child, but then we knew that.

Funny you should say that, moneypenny also said same, I reasured her she was the only one as I tossed my cap onto the caddy handle, the rest is privileged information on a need to know basis.

Eh, I know how you feel. I've had three games sent to me by my rental company and have hated all of them. I seriously thought Mass Effect 3 had broken me as a gamer, Then I bought Portal on the Steam sale and loved it...so I guess I've just had crappy luck with my rental place recently.

All starbrats logic is based off is because it's what happened to their cycle.... The Prothean cycle and our Cycle proves that with each cycle organics evolve in different ways. There's way too many variables to indicate that no matter what they will always doom themselves, furthermore if the reapers were so smart they would control the rise of synthetics so the organics could prosper... But nooo.... "It happened in our cycle... So if we can't have it.... No one can! - <- Starchild logic.

Well, if you have a PS3, I'd recommend Journey (God, I keep bringing that up). If you have a PC/Mac capable of running Diablo 3, you can obsess about it before it comes out. That's what I've been doing.

We are now even on the keyboard front, although you owe me a cup of peppermint tea rather than coffee.

Oh, and I don't need you to tell me the rest. Moneypenny was recording it on her phone...good quality. But the zoom function didn't seem to work very well.

I tried playing a ME walkthrough on insanity, played a vanguard, it was allright, played first mission with anderson, got to mars, cleared that, then got to the citadel... and i quit, there is just no point... seriously.

i still don't know how i got myself through my insanity run but i can tell you after that i was done for good and didnt even want to look at the game case anymore( havn't touched SP since then but have dabbled in some MP, but thats as far as ill go) like you said, as it is right now there is really no point in doing another playthrough, pity as i have a bunch of saves waiting from ME2

Hm, well, I guess you could call Journey a "minimalist" game. Your goal is basically just to reach this light at the top of a mountain. I'm just going to go ahead and call it interactive art, because that's pretty much what it is. But the most important aspect of the game is going on this journey with someone else (who they randomly pair you up with, and you can't actually talk to each other).

Sounds like a bit more interactive version of the "Dear Esther" game on Steam.  I wish I had a PS3 now Image IPB

How desperate am I? i actually mailed blizzard, gently nudging them into giving me a beta key for diablo 3, naming my bad feelings for mass effects ending :).
Will they react? most likely no... but i enjoyed writing them anyway, im sure they are aware of the current endings and such.
