Last time I had ME-related dream. In my dream someone on the internet (that other plain of existance) found out that Mass Effect was originally worked to be released on the infinity engine, but the project was canned because the engine had too many limitations. Some of the cut-scenes were made before canning the project and the person who found this all out posted one of the potential ending cutscenes on Youtube. I can't remember the details, but in the ending my Shepard survived (and being a dream, somehow my Shepard was in the cutscene, and the graphics were much better than what the end of 90s had to offer). The SOL system was sacrificed as the Reaper fleet was destroyed by detonating the Mass Relay in it. That was done after most galactic fleets had escaped from the system. Eventhough Shepard made it, she never got over losing the earth. I can't remember anything else from the dream, expect that it was sad and bittersweet.

It's still hard for me to understand how much ME-series meant to me and how much it's ending has affected me. Playing ME-games has been the most intensive gaming experience since The Longest Journey and PS:Torment. I hope we get a new and satisfying ending to the series (preferably something better that what my mind can produce).

I voted for EA, but not solely because of ME3's ending(s). EA's customer service is insulting(it literally reminds me of that commercial with David Spade, where the answer to every question is "no"), they have a LONG track record of destroying previously amazing dev studios and the incredible games those studios have made, and they're notorious for nickel-and-diming the unholy hell out of their customers.

Considering most of the people who are voting there are internet junkies/people more likely to play video games, it's not surprising at all that they're in the finals. We've already gone this far with the whole Retake movement, we might as well take it all the way and become RetakeVideoGames at this point. I've had it with the megacorporations of the gaming industry coming along and RUINING the games so many people used to love.

I had a dream where I was a Biotic-Death-Machine.  I was ripping the heads off of mechs and blasting bad guys left and right.  I guess thats a sign of how much this game has been on my mind.  lol

I did 2 nights ago. I don't know exactly where we were but for some reason there were mech designed to look like humans and my overload wasn't working properly. In the dream, it felt like I had to expend a lot of energy to kill simple enemies.

You know, if that were the ending, I would actually have been happy with it. It's actually fitting, considering the threat the Reapers pose. With great victory comes great sacrifice. At least humans would have earned their place in the galaxy, since they destroyed their home planet to save every single other race.

The more I think about PAX, the more I feel like they'll say something irrelevant to the issues at hand. I just noticed there are four inaccessible systems in the galaxy map: 2 in the Terminus systems (probably for the Omega dlc) and 2 in the Attican Traverse. What's in the Attican Traverse? :s
