The hardest part for any soldier is the waiting, but it's also the best test of resolve and character strength.

Make's me think of the charge of the light brigade poem

By Alfred Tennyson?

Seems suitable since he's been mentioned in ME :)

Chris Priestly also mentioned that alot of people weren't in the offices when the cupcakes were delivered..... But most companies will stagger holidays so there'll always be someone picking up the slack.

They knew someone from retake was coming...so probably decided to hide until they went away.
I mean, things could have got nasty if a large group had turned up...action figures thrown, heavy whezing...maybe even *shudder* Star War's quotations shouted at them. Besides which, the day before someone had threatened to do something truely horrific to Bioware...They'd threatened to *gulp* send in some clowns :crying:

Seriously, can you imagine the nightmares they must have been having - a large group of irate customers waddling towards them and clowns to either side....

That would be one of my worst nightmares(mass effect 3 ending is currently 1st place with that close behind) I can't stand clowns

I've been reading this thread since when it has ~700 pages, can be said that from 11th/12th March what i care about is only a better ending and better future to my favourite universe. Holding the line all the time!

No. Mass Effect is single player RPG game. Co-op campaign doesn't fit and it's totaly unneeded.

Who's the second one?

Shepard's long missed twinbrother George?

No, it's good as it is (except the ending).

Half a league, half a league,
  Half a league onward,
All in the valley of Death
  Rode the six hundred.
'Forward, the Light Brigade!
Charge for the guns' he said:
Into the valley of Death
  Rode the six hundred.
 ]'Forward, the Light Brigade!'
Was there a man dismay'd?
Not tho' the soldiers knew
  Some one had blunder'd:
Theirs not to make reply,
Theirs not to reason why,
Theirs but to do and die:
Into the valley of Death
  Rode the six hundred.

Cannon to right of them,
Cannon to left of them,
Cannon in front of them
  Volley'd and thunder'd;
Storm'd at with shot and shell,
Boldly they rode and well,
Into the jaws of Death,
Into the mouth of Hell
  Rode the six hundred.

Flash'd all their sabres bare,
Flash'd as they turned in air
Sabring the gunners there,
Charging an army while
  All the world wonder'd:
Plunged in the battery-smoke
Right thro' the line they broke;
Cossack and Russian
Reel'd from the sabre-stroke
Shatter'd and sunder'd.
Then they rode back, but not
Not the six hundred.

Cannon to right of them,
Cannon to left of them,
Cannon behind them
  Volley'd and thunder'd;
Storm'd at with shot and shell,
While horse and hero fell,
They that had fought so well
Came thro' the jaws of Death,
Back from the mouth of Hell,
All that was left of them,
  Left of six hundred.

When can their glory fade?
O the wild charge they made!
  All the world wonder'd.
Honour the charge they made!
Honour the Light Brigade,
  Noble six hundred!

And back on topic.

I found, quite by accident, this; http://www.industryg...-bioware-leads/

There is nothing interesting in the article itself...however check out the comments at the bottom - all were made before ME3 was released....

I know... But it would have been kinda interesting... plus, the step after MP matches is Co-op campaign, so if there's gonna be a ME4, then its pretty much gonna be a part of the game...

Why cant we get a new ending as optional DLC? Then the 7 people who actually liked the ending can keep it, and we can get what we've wanted... An ending that actually does Mass Effect justice

Welcome to the line CoolioThane, stow your gear, keep your weapon handy at all times but lowered, plenty of friends, coffee and cupcakes to go around, help yourself, careful about helping yourself to the friends though, don't want any harassment cases.

Mr. Bond! I'm shocked at you! Why must you keep telling us what you're picturing in your head, what if I told Moneypenny about what you say?

Endings were poor in my opinion, but first time through I assumed it was enough...thought it can't have been that bad.

After thinking it through it was just denial...and I hated them so much I couldn't believe it was that bad

And I quote from that article. A quote from one of "The Doctors" of BW:

"When you deliver a game, and you deliver it for a player, you have to capture what they think is the possibility space.
"You need to let them do everything they think they should do, and
you can't block them from doing anything they think they should be able
to do
. You have to nail all the features and content that should be in
that possibility space."

Geez, talk about shooting your own feet.
