Very nice. At my house I am the mom so see she isn't the only weird one.I love my RPG's. My kids are all grown now are usually either watching me or playing WoW with thier dad.
I have a feeling that will be my family...if I ever have one *forever alone*
But that's really cool. My parents play games too, except my dad is more into FIFA or Resident Evil and my mom is more of a Sonic and Guitar Hero person. They don't have the patience to play RPGs
It is always nice when have things in common. My kids grew up watching Final Fantasy games, Zelda, Ultima before it became an MMO. Our other family members laugh at us because we all play. When I played WoW I was the Guild Mom, just got tired of the MMO so game back to single player. My son and son-in-law are the families WoW-wikis LOL.

Exactly. The group's battle cry is hold the line, and my inspirtation is garrus's line. it would be hilarious if everyone coordinated at the pax conferance to shout the same thing to bioware "GIVE US THE REAL ENDING!:
It wont happen, but its still neat to imagine
Haha that would be really cool. I reckon RetakeME3 are planning something for PAX though, our leaders are quite creative after all
Well i have heard that since the cupcakes failed (kinda) that they are going with origami cranes. 1000 of them, each representing a fan who wants to submit their name. theya re all gonna be red/green/blue of course

I always tended to just lurk without posting before this, so I have the same problem. I still feel tremendously awkward even thinking of what to post in other forums. But this one feels very natural.TamiBx wrote...

Well the cupcakes didn't really fail, I mean it was on the news and such. Origami cranes are a fun idea, hope they know how to make them lol.

Because this is...home? Family?
Oh, I've never posted on a gaming forum before this whole ending problem. Also, I feel like here, everyone is nice and have one common problem: the ending. Everywhere else is so...open to other people and scary.

Thanks for the good discussion! My brain is too tired to form much of a coherent response, so I'm going to sleep. However, after re-reading that Forbes article, I have this quote:Darth Suetam wrote...
And exactly because games can be changed in that way is that people are realizing that BW is dropping the ball. They can do something about it. And they should. So, I think the comparison is a good one. It highlights what the game industry should take advantage of. If they are proud of their "fan feedback", they can do what no other industry can do, and make it better now!
"So when the storytellers, in order to finish the game quickly, killed off most of the cast of the trilogy". (Italics mine)
This Gomez guy know something we don't?

Why are we so fast when it comes to these stuff? I thought we would be facing the free rider problem, but I guess we aren't...
