Yea... pre ending DLC like Omega... and people will buy it, no matter what.
The whole retake affort was a nice idea... but the sad thruth is, in this day and age, companies like EA have no need for a loyal fanbase anymore. They have the brainless masses that will simply buy anything... and they know it and calculate with it... and they ALWAYS get their moneys worth.

honestly I'm not expecting them to do much about the ME 3 endings but for me this not about the ME 3 endings anymore. This is about causing such a upoar that any company in future will think twice about pulling a stunt like this. Its about making a move like so poisionous for a brand name the moment some Executive at Publisher even gets the bright idea - somebody would go - "hey remember Mass Effect 3 and how the fans reacted - lets not destory ourselves like Bioware."
Thats what this has turned into for me, now. Forbes is right in sense this bigger, much bigger than just ME 3 ending. This about publishers like EA and Activision treating their customer like crap and just seeing how far they can push and how much money they can milk while putting out a low qualty product...enough of that.
Hold the Line.

That was a great video, at least someone has the exact same thoughts as the fans have.
I bet Nikole Z has been spending time here in BSN. She might actually be here now

I don't think that this is true at all.
If it would be true, then no company would ever fail (and as we know, this is not the case).
Also i want to say, that most people are not brainless and also not simply buy anything.

I've got a horrible feeling there will be no new endings, and that Mass Effect will be turned into an MMO.

It won't be turned into an MMO because of the 200 million dollars they've pumped in SWTOR. It would split their audience.

it would fail as they would need a loyal fanbase to keep it running. where would this fanbase be if they dont fix the endings?

It just would not be an economically viable project. I'd love to know if they actually expect to get their money back for SWTOR. MMOs (apart from WoW) are sort of the fool's gold of the videogame industry.

Not wanting to start a mac vs pc war but I've always owned pcs and I don't understand why you have a mac only to make it dual boot? My dad does it - I don't set my pc to dual boot as a mac? If you want a mac to act like a pc just have a pc?? *confused*MeldarthX wrote...

I have to admit a certain amount of dread either way, over the last 3 to 4 weeks I've watched the majority of BSN come together with a common goal, it's been inspring, the blogs, videos, fanfic, folk chatting about themselves, making new friends.Militarized wrote...
But anyway... back to ME3, are you all dreading or excited about PAX? I'm mostly dreading it at this point...

Ya know Bioware denied Multiplayer. Bioware denied that endings would ABC and they would not pull a Lost. They denied things about Day 1 DLC...
So why does everything Bioware deny turn out to be true... not saying there is but just showing a pattern.

Not long until PAX now! We will have our answers soon
I may be the only one here but Im not holding my breath for PAX, I heard stocks are going up in the torch/pitchfork companies though
I'm feeling hopeful for PAX, I can't help but think Bioware has got some big plan

One walks into battle accepting the possiblity of death but not rushing towards it
This is my mind set when it comes to PAX. I have accepted the possibilty of bad news but I'm rushing expecting it and looking for it.
