I think everyone will keep it up after PAX, either rejoicing together or supporting each other through the disappointment. I have faith in us all!DJBare wrote...
I have to admit a certain amount of dread either way, over the last 3 to 4 weeks I've watched the majority of BSN come together with a common goal, it's been inspring, the blogs, videos, fanfic, folk chatting about themselves, making new friends.Militarized wrote...

Now if only you rabble can remain that way after PAX, oh wait, did I just spoil the moment.
Back on the line, anything to report?

I've got a horrible feeling there will be no new endings, and that Mass Effect will be turned into an MMO.

That article and contents of it was already denied by Bioware .It was done few days ago.
Its bogus.

Ya know Bioware denied Multiplayer. Bioware denied that endings would ABC and they would not pull a Lost. They denied things about Day 1 DLC...
So why does everything Bioware deny turn out to be true... not saying there is but just showing a pattern.
This was clarified by Child's Play as false.blacqout wrote...
The amount of people that asked for their money back when the Child's Play charity decided to distance themselves from the movement, was appalling.

Well, well, well. Look at this, James Bond is browsing the Bioware Social Network. You couldn't get more uptight of yourself if you tried.

It won't be turned into an MMO because of the 200 million dollars they've pumped in SWTOR. It would split their audience.
it would fail as they would need a loyal fanbase to keep it running. where would this fanbase be if they dont fix the endings?
It just would not be an economically viable project. I'd love to know if they actually expect to get their money back for SWTOR. MMOs (apart from WoW) are sort of the fool's gold of the videogame industry.

The ending "we" want? How amusing.
i had been doing some investigative journalism and infiltrated the "Retake movement".
On their facebook things and BSN groups, they would always post links to online polls about EA, BioWare and ME3 specifically, in an attempt to rally the masses and corrupt the results. They even post instructions on how to vote multiple times, by clearing the cache and other nefarious means. They do this to give the illusion that more people are angry than is actually the case.
In the words of Pitne For, they're a scummy bunch, even by gamer standards. The amount of people that asked for their money back when the Child's Play charity decided to distance themselves from the movement, was appalling.
I've also read a lot of Mass Effect fan-fiction, and the thought of the most rabid fans dictating BioWare's creative policies is terrifying. Don't forget these are the same people that protested when BioWare made the official female Shepard a blonde, with such constructive complaints as "she looks like a space Barbie" and "she'll be too concerned with her nails to worry about the Reapers".
I'm glad that BioWare have apparently grown a spine, and will not totally succumb to the pressure applied by the most rabid fans.

I have three degrees, and occasionally email my tactical advice to the head coach of Chelsea football club. I don't suspect he does anything with it, but at least i can say i did my part.

Hello Jason Bourne
Well done trying to go with a Mega corporation which gazzilions and stifles creativity instead of people who support it who buy their product. They really care about you.
It not clear cut that we simply dont buy them if we dont want them.
We were promised something else simple as that and there is symbiotic relationship between dev and their audiece.
if you cant get it that I cant do nothing for you.
We are living in 21st century not in 80s when Nintendo and other used to ply us with crap and we had to swallow it.
Gaming is big buisness 34 bln a year and rising.
It no "art" its not "creativity" or entitlemnt .I paid good money for my product And its not fir for purpose.
simple as that.
