This is just excellent, finally some promising news, thank you.

It's time for a happy dance, we have progress!!

Edit: Actually I retract the happy dance, it hasn't been announced on the BSN forum so we have no confirmation from Bioware yet. I also didn't really ask for "deeper insights"..... *sigh*

If real, could they be doing a Witcher? That worked well for CdProjekt.

Back from an extended lurk. Was just watching The Gruen Transfer, a show on advertising and they were discussing when Dominos Pizza owned up to making bad pizzas as part of a new advertising campaign. Made me realise it is possible for BW to fess up and turn things into a positive. We have seen it before in gaming, which seems to me a good sign.

That might actually work, if they go about it the right way... But then again it might completely backfire on them make them look so bad that they start to loose even more fans, and end up just being let go by EA after they are no longer a source of income to them.

The show did mention it was tricky, that the admission must both appear genuine and, more importantly be followed up by action. Dominos got kudos for admitting the issue, but Im not sure how much they improved their pizzas.

Hmm, Bioware is let go by EA, makes old school rpgs, is this a problem?:)

They improved them from being pieces of cardboard with "cheese" and "toppings" to being something worth being called a pizza.

And not really, but it will be alot harder on them, seeing as EA will most likely want to try and keep the lisences to the games BW has made under EA...

I didn't respond to your previous few comments because you made it clear you wished me to leave. I was happy with the resolution of our discourse, and decided to partially respect your wishes by taking up no more of your time.

You'll find that all but two of my posts in this thread have been direct replies to other people. I'm just speaking when spoken to.

That would explain it, yes. I have no desire to discuss the said topic further, but I am curious as to why you are deliberately(?) trying to rile people up. You can clearly see how some people react to your posts, so wouldn't it be more pleasant for everyone if you didn't give them an excuse to be rude? Or to limit the exchange to PM, since I am sad to say, the general quality of the thread is starting to suffer from the exchange between you and members of the movement.

I suppose I could just try to ignore the messages from either side of the issue, but you have to admit it's beginning to be rather difficult due to the sheer number of the messages involved.

Marke****ch is a legit site and the article seems to be real.  Sounds like they are sticking with their space magic ending but giving us some of what we want as well.  Decent enough compromise but I am sure some people will rage because there is no mention of blue babies or Miranda in a bikini :)

I'd say many of us were not expecting much more, and I'm not going to complain about a "free" DLC.
