I'm putting it on EA's tab. Open bar.

I like the sound of that. EA is bankrupt...:D

Can I come too?

Pina Coladas, Screwdrivers, Malibu Rum & Pinapple Juce, Peach Schnapps, here I come!

first time posting here...

For now we should be happy that they'll be releasing something... We just wait and see for ourselves what kind of DLC this one will be... I'm happy with BW for now, but will only have an opinion about the DLC when it comes out...

I understand why almost everyone is afraid of what will comes next, I'm afraid too. I could only accept the ME3 original ending when I saw the indocrination theory, but I'm inclined to wait for the DLC to judge BW actions

Just my opinion anyway... don't judge me, you don't have to accept what I said...

don't know if I wrote everything right... sorry bout that.

But what I'm trying to say is: calm down people, be respectful and don't jump to conclusions just yet. Wait and see

I'm not happy with 'something' .  It's like they trying to shut us up with anything. <_<

I think the fact that this thread has gone into overdrive since the announcement is testament to the feelings of the fans. Perhaps this is why the Twitter feed is as unclear as ever. PAX may hold some solid answers. Something we have not had for a loooong time.

Thought so. It was not coincidence they made announcement one day before PAX.

Honestly, I remain hopeful the extended ending fixes at least a few of the problems. As long as it fixes the whole Normandy issue and lets Shepard reunite with his/her LI i will be willing to overlook the whole god-child issue.

We should make a beacon with the story of how our movement failed, so, other group of gamers after us may have a chance of defeating the game developers in the next cycle, and some blueprints of the retake ME so they might have a chance of compleating what we could not.

Muahaha thanks for the laugh.

I'll be around, and probably on 'silent running' for a while. But ALL of my BW games went into the recycle bin two hours ago, and it's going to take a lot to convince me that I should have kept them on the drive.

I want to see what they say in 24 hours time (or have said), then I'll wait until others have downloaded and played this 'Expanded' DLC and given their opinion on it. If it turns out to be worthwhile I might consider reinstalling ME3 to check it out, and will probably upgrade Bioware from 'Blacklist' to 'View with exceptional caution'.

Oh, for the record this WASN'T Bioware's second chance - it was their third. They don't get a fourth.

We worked so hard gathering war assets - we got nothing from it, we worked patiently for a long time petitioning EA to fix the endings - we got nothing from it... We are all Shepards !!

I fully suport the hold the line thing. But in my opinion, I would just be happy with the explanation of the ending... don't care if shep has to died, since it makes sense =]

OK, I'm feeling blue, we might be the remnants of an army fighting a lost war, and the pyramids may hold promises of alcohol beverages, but that is no reason to give into Imhoteph people, so watch them pyramids ;)

though I certainly could use a dose of Arnold Vosloo's looks right about now

This is making me physically ill...

Bioware can never claim again that it listens to us. NEVER.

I hope Bioware goes bankrupt. Lets see what their precious "artistic integrity" is worth then...

After today's response I became aware of this, that they never admit to mistake. Bioware is corporation, their products are always "excellent". And even if everyone will say that they created something bad, they will try convince us otherwise. Corporate policy.

So there won't be any discussion on the DLC at PAX, for those of you that would rather give Bioware the benefit of the doubt.

I think I'll go bash my head against a wall now...

If it's free then it's not worth anything. LOTSB probably cost well over a million dollars to make so Bioware had to sell it. The price of this should "Free DLC" be an indication as to the amount of time and effort that is going into it. Very little.
