Ok, I wound up taking a double dose of my Anti-Anxiety meds and even then was only able to just avoid a meltdown.

For reference, I've never needed a double dose before. Usually after a single dose I'm 100% fine, now even with a double I'm just barely staying steady...

Now I'm raiding my "bad news comfort" Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream that I was saving for Friday if PAX brought bad news.

Curse you Bioware, driving me to meds and fattening Ice Cream...

(Note: I'm not taking more meds than my max permitted per day dose, I usually don't need even close to my max. This is bringing me pretty damn close though...)

Please anyone going to PAX don't do anything that we're going to regret. Don't lose your cool. Remember, don't compare them to Hitler, don't scream, don't threaten grievous bodily harm. And be ready to be disappointed or by Bioware. They're probably going to try to move on to their next big thing anyway.

Seriously, I do not understand why they make it sound like the did us a favor. An epilogue should have been in the stupid game to begin with.
If they had given us a new ending, then yes, that was fan service (like Broken Steel). But this is not. They should have included an epilogue like any stupid game does. Even Sonic for MegaDrive had an epiloguee when you defeated the last boss. <_<

Guys.. can we wait and see how they are going to fix the problems of the endings before freaking out? The DLC is free so there is nothing to lose to try it. And hey, it seems possible that they can have it so Shepard reunites with his/her LI in this ending

Guys, let's wait for the "clarification".

Yep, summer is not far off twitter.com/#!/JessicaMerizan/status/188013641365327873

So they have a panel that is there to answer our questions but just not any questions that migh be hard to answer? Very professional.

Oh, yes, new project. Let's not forget we are getting Dragon Age 3 really soon, guys. Let's go get the best game in the galaxy. <_<

I am in favor of just sitting there, pretending we are not listening. Or just get up and leave after 5min.

I already see how this is going to play in the gaming media:

"Those whiny entitled whining whiners don't like what Bioware is doing? They've given them what they want! There's no pleasing children!"

Know what, though? We're "whining" because Bioware hasn't given us what we want.

I just saw the announcement. You know what. I don't mind. The Mass Effect franchise was great while it lasted, I do not regret buying the last game in the series, and I'll make up an ending in my head. Unless I hear great things about the clarification, I don't intend to act on it

Hmmm, I think is more along the lines of them not wanting their panel to becoma a "y u no make good endings?" fest. But I think this strategy is gonna backfire. Big time

I actually think they might have been concerned for their security too...not that anyone would have done anything.
But now they won't even answer questions about it. Don't see the point of holding a panel if the main problem is going to be ignored.

I feel like we've been trying to explain things to a 5 year old who has his hands covering his ears and talking about something completely different...:?

I am so p*ssed off and dissapointed right now. So this is all we get...clarification to a sh*tty half-a*sed ending? My God, this is unbelievable. ;_; Well...I just lost whatever faith I had left of Bioware (thanks for twisting the knife in deeper).

Well, my righteous anger has now died down to determined fury. I'm not giving in to this BS or anything else until I have my Reapers Win ending and my Shep and LI ending. This is a setback people, nothing more. They aren't releasing the DLC until summer, haven't contacted Hale (FemShep) for more work - which would pretty much be required unless they plan to recycle resources and make this a shoddy piece of **** (which would anger us even more). Most of what this DLC is doing is good IMO, save for this

Are there going to be more/different endings or ending DLCs in the future?
No. BioWare strongly believes in the team’s artistic vision for the end of this arc of the Mass Effect franchise. The extended cut DLC will expand on the existing endings, but no further ending DLC is planned.

THIS MUST CHANGE. They are releasing it in the summer; that means there is still time to convinced them to relent on this point. Only then have we truly won. So hold the g*****m line!

*sighs* I'm back, partially, I'm at my classes, but I'm feeling like carp... I swear if I have to sit through a super 2 hour long lecture, I'm going to do go insane... On that note, what's happened in the past 4 hours? Beyond everything that blew up when the announcement was first posted on here.

Best quote there so far is:

If I read it corecrtly it just expands to ending ciematic so if your Shepard died like mine reuniting with anyone isn't possible, seems like its just going to say what happens after the light show so its likely not going to make many people who hated the ending like it anymore than they do now
