I commented on that site about that. I'm tired of people using simple math to justify us as a 'small vocal minority'. Here's a study on consumer who complain. It's in paragraph 2.  "for every irritated
customer who complains, 26 do not, even though they have grievances."

Feel free to use it against anyone else who uses that stupid '60k people complained out of 3.5 million, so it's only 4% of the players who are upset'.

Well, I won't be complaining about this "ending" any longer.

Well.. I'm not buying any DLC until I approve of the endings. Everyone kept saying I shouldn't give them my money if I disagreed with them, and that I shouldn't complain.. but I kept arguing that Bioware was different and they deserved to hear my complaints and have a chance to act on them.. apparently I was wrong. As of now I'm now solely doing business with Bioware as I would with a delinquent tenant, cash in advance.. or in this case, promises delivered before money exchanged.

What happened to the whole "We have a lot to talk about at PAX" when they're now admitting they're not going to talk about the endings at PAX or go on in anymore detail than the release today.

I would, but I've been keeping my Reddit "trollage" from spilling onto these forums since day 1. That last announcement though...yeah, no.

Another note-
People might argue that BioWare will be around for ages, but they have been completely EAed, so they will live on in either name only or perish like to many others that were "synthisised" with EA. They had a good run.

Just had a thought.

remember when 'the truth' dlc was just a rumour? and we dismissed it immediately because it was almost certainly a fake? was it ever confirmed that it was fake? (forgive me if im bringing up old news)

its just that alot of what was said in the original article seems to coincide with what bioware say they're doing with the ending (of course ignoring the original april/may leak release date)

I fail to see how that's whining. That's being rational - I only spend money on the things that I want. Bioware apparently isn't going to make things that I want... so why should I pay them?

Pretty much we should all shut the **** up and deal with it. Wanting our money's worth and asking/ requesting for what they said/ promised the game was going to be is us being entitled.

Its a funny thing that word though. We are considered entitled, and yet those who say the endings are fine and even go as far as to campaign a keep ME3 as is and tell Bioware not to compromise think that's not the same thing.

They feel that it's fine as it is plot holes and all, and think adding to it (not changing it mind you) will ruin their own story...Think about that. Optional DLC will ruin their story. What is the definition of multiple different endings again?


So we should just enjoy the endings they do, and that be the end of it...

That would be great. A few dialogue choices would be decent. But if by some miracle some extra scenes can make all the nonsense tolerable that'll be enough.

Yeah, I am curious how BW will attempt to circumvent any discussion about the ending. 

I have to say, this utter refusal to enter an informed dialogue is what baffles me. What is so important that you want to sit in your fortress BW and not come forward with a straight-up answer?

"We're sticking with the ending."

"Ok, why?"

"Artistic vision."

Then for the love of the goddess, TELL US what you envisioned. Just make a blog detailing what went on in your heads. Because the ending available now is a plotholey mess, feeling very detached from the rest of the story.

You might say that the DLC will do just that, but I'm talking about the design process, we'll see what will happen in the DLC soon enough, but some reasons why you did what you did might give some insight into what was going on. Unless of course "lots of speculation" is the final verdict on that.
