"Too long; Did not read."
Usually done either at the end of a wal of text to give people the bottom line who don't want to read something that is long enough to have to scroll.
Or as a disrespectful comment underneath a long post to signal the poster with disinterest in his argument.
Anyway, GST+1 here, any news from th front?

Goikiu: it's not 50k. It's more like 150k that are vocal and much more that aren't vocal but just walked away from ME. I have ~20 friends on xbox that played ME. I'm the only one that actually cared so much I jumped on these boards (for the first time ever) and the Retake movement and so forth. But of those 20 friends, roughly half hate the ending and can't replay any ME game. But they are just shrugging their shoulders and walking away (some from Bioware, some just from anything ME-related.). Of the other half, ONE liked the ending. The others said "meh" and moved on to their next game.
I didn't have any estimation so far.
Only EA, who is selling ME3 can tell really, however, i doubt they will make a free dlc for a "vocal minority", they're like a dog who is biting is own tail.
The same goes for me, i've got a lot of friends who loved ME series, after the third... no one liked the ending, i'm posting here and all the other have re-selled the game or the ME series itself
This movement is in the vast majority. No poll has ever shown people like these endings more than they hate them.

That's a dangerous question to ask, it's such a personal choice thing. But if you want a really good benchmark, check out Alienware. I've had Alienware laptops for years and I love them for gaming. You can take their specs and check out other companies and what they offer. Always happy to give you more specific info if you need it.toffeetrooper wrote...

Fair enough, I like Fable *shrug* I am essentially a PS3 gamer though.
Sorry I can't help with the PC question though, I am really not into PC gaming

I like my xbox too, I am starting to gather a wee bundle of xbox games now (mainly exclusives or only on PC and xbox games) anything else I buy on PS3, I was simply saying my main reason for asking to get a xbox was for ME1...well and Fable (my friend told me all about Fable before I got the xbox and when I played it I was hooked for weeks lol)

But without the replayability that the Mass Effect series had, it's only taking dust since two weeks...
When I see my Xbox, I see Mass Effect's past greatness, before the SpaceBrat took an epic d*mp on it. It hurts. :/

8 Gt memory
AMD Phenom II x4 965
ATI Radeon HD 5800
Asus Intel *can't remember which H-series* for motherboard
Samsung CD-RW / DVD+-RW drive
Corsair for power, 600W if memory serves
second drive D with 730 Gt space (drive C is only 200 Gt)
Those are the specs I can remember easily, I'm almost clueless with computers TBH, but this has worked so far, only game I can't play with maxed out graph and gameplay settings is Alice: Madness returns, something with that Unreal goo drops the framerate no matter what I do, even though processor is nowhere near it's max capability. Probably problem exist with ATI then.
