My take on artistic integrity:
BioWare claimed 16 different endings for this product, money was exchanged with that expectation.
If I were to paint something, perhaps a nice pastoral, a house in the background, and put it in a gallery to sell, I would expect to maintain artistic integrity. If a prospective buyer walked in and said, "That doesn't look like my house, I want you to change it so it does," I could tell them to take a long walk off a short pier with a free conscience. They had no expectations until they saw the final product, and no promises had been made, as it was not called "Prospective Buyer's House #1."
If, however, I had painted that as a commission, and the customer had been told, "Yes, it will look like your house, with your family standing outside. Everything will be good, trust me," then I had better deliver. If I paint a Greek Revival mansion instead of a midwestern bungalow, the wife is blonde instead of brunette, the children have tentacles coming out of their ears, and the family Chihuahua has suddenly become a Great Dane, then "artistic integrity" is no defense. I promised something that was not delivered. By taking pre-orders months in advance, on the strength of promises regarding the final product, BioWare offered something that was not delivered.

Yes, and now I'm curious:
they secured that we waited till 6th of April, so now 1 month after the purchase at 6th of March has past.
Am I able to return the product that I have pre-purchased now that 1 month is past?
