That's true. They have every right to do what they want. But we also have the right to not buy any of their products if we don't like them. So EA can release games we don't like... but if they want to sell them, it's a good idea to listen to us. They don't
have to, but you'd think they'd
want to. That's why the "artistic integrity" argument has never made sense to me.
