Thanks... i allways wanted to hear that 300.000 words were recorded by VO's... good stuff... *sighs*

I don't count the "Zaeed style" conversation as conversation. Those are just...plain annoying and I never pay attention. <_<

Wow these guys are the masters of answers that aren't answers:
"The indoctrination theory illustrates again how, um, committed the fanbase is..." don't want to comment either way. Don't want to be prescriprive -- fans interpret their own way, plus DLC coming. "We want the content to speak for itself, and we'll let it do so"

I have no clue what the heck they meant by that...<_<

It means, you guys keep coming up with the ideas because you seem to know the universe better than we do? Image IPB

Number of variables - increased. "Insanely." 3500 different plot values, in ME1. (Some minor.) ME2 - 6400. ME3 15,000 (fifteen thousand) different plot states.

YET THEY DON'T ****ING MATTER!

None of that mattered in the end....<_<

And all 15,000 didn't matter but 3. Red, Blue, Green

It's hard when they're away that long! But you're back with us for the important stuff so put the munchies in the pile and enjoy! *hugs*[/quote]

Yup!  I'm doing my usual bouncing. from thread hopping, to watching the liveblog, and working on Chapter 4.  Now if I could keep my head from hitting the desk repeatedly with the evasiveness of the panel I would be a fully functional facepalming Rofl-er.:police:

Why are they just giving statistics now?

"We kind of created this problem for ourselves... this is what happens when you leave an open-ended game. Each progressive game you make things more complicated"

Are they using this as an excuse for the terribleness that resulted?

The stats are impressive.

But I would care if the ending was satisfying, not a t*rd. Even an extended one.

hmm, guess IT has been ruled out then :/ less im reading that wrong

It hasn't been ruled out yet. They're being vague on purpose so they can decide what to do with it.

Lots of stats. Appreciate their hard work. But that whole "double the content, same people" thing? Not a good idea

So, beacuse they "created too many variables" that's why they couldn't figure out how to wrap them up in a way that made any sense? Is that what they're saying?

Exactly ! There was no point to those added variables because in the end IT DOESNT MATTER !

I like how they straight equate ambient dialogue to actual convos. They aren't out there answering fan questions, they're out there to stroke their own egos.

This is frustrating to follow.

"Had to painstakingly choose from immense list of variables -- just not feasible to make every single one matter"

So to make things REALLY easy for ourselves, we just threw them ALL out at the end! Eugh...

Hun, that won't cut it.

Haenko kossua tuolta kulmakaapista? Pitäisi olla vielä iso pullo puolillaan.

Fine you can have my Blue Label then *sigh* or would you like the 30 year old scotch?

Its 'Scott', not scotch...besides I think Mr Bond gave his age as 52.

The numbers are good.. don't bash them.. they give the engineers amongst us, myself included, some background for going "Yeah this is what they did wrong, and WHY they did it"... knowledge is power people :)

I know I'll sound like a heretic, but I'd rather take the booze than Mr Bond. Never found him that attractive tbh. :?
