No worries! Sorry to pose the question, it was kind of a filter to just make sure you weren't a rager and actually had thought out what you wanted addressed.. IE: were you going to be upset regardless what they gave you sorta thing.
I doubt you're ever going to get an admission of guilt or anything. The sheer legal ramifications of that sorta thing would make the legal department's head explode. If you're just out for their blood for hurting you with their crap endings you might want to try focusing the energy on something more constructive cause I guarantee regardless what they come out with you probably will still have the battlescars.
Part of why I asked for a bullet point list (Which you provided - thanks!) was as much for you as myself. Having what you want in bullet point format lets you know when a milestone is reached.. say:
- Want Bioware to be destroyed by Reapers (mother of irony) - Complete
It just provides a bit more end to your goals, if you don't tell them what they need to fix they're never going to be able to fix it, that point is guaranteed.
Honour holding the line with you *salutes*

Ask me anything you like, I have nothing to hide
I don't want blood per se, but I'd love a roundtable discussion of the key issues with the people who were directly responsible on the BW side. One by one lay out each question and have them give us in detail exactly where they were coming from. Most of us are grasping at straws trying to find what little meaning we can in those horrid endings, but the people who may actually have the answers aren't talking to us at all, and that only makes it worse from my perspective.
What I don't want is for EA to come out of this smelling like roses, since I'd bet good money a lot of this whole mess is their doing. Would I love to see their stock value tank as a result of this? Sure, it would send a solid message, one that they couldnt just ignore like they do now.
I honestly don't see how they'll ever regain my trust. The feeling I had at the end was like one you'd have in thinking you've married the perfect person, someone you can trust and devote your time to, then coming home one day and finding them banging a Hanar in the bedroom. In that instant, trust is shattered and usually never regained, and the emotional scars last for ages.
Thats how the endings made me feel, and my RL is already almost that depressing, so I didn't need to heap more misery on top of it.
Games are played by people to have fun and feel uplifted, not to have their hearts torn out by some nonsensical ending that is only justified by a blanket statement of "artistic integrity" whenever someone questions it. Thats dodging the question, and it's all we've gotten out of them, and I've had enough of it.
I keep asking myself, "If they are that convinced they did the right thing, why are they hiding behind that statement so much. Would someone who was convinced in his cause so strongly be hiding so much?". I don't think so.
