What i hate is, at the end of all this, the'll be the one's with all the money pocketed.DJBare wrote...
Yup, marketing just love to use that word.
Shipped =/= sold.

Welcome back toffeetrooper.
Surely it only matters if they're getting money from them. I enjoy multiplayer but I'm not spending anything on it at all and don't intend to, but don't see any harm in taking free MP content. Why anyone would spend real money on upgrade packs is beyond me though (even without ME3's other problems).ld1449 wrote...
To all of you still playing MP stop playing MP. It occurs to me that if EA or Bioware at this point see MP doing well or at least "good enough" then even if the whole ending extended cut thing isn't universally well received (to put it in the best case scenario here) then they'll just shift most of their efforts to MP packs and will nearly disregard the RPG and story telling DLC alltogether.
If that's what they think is happening then they need to open their eyes because there is plenty of appreciation for most of the game other than the end, it's just (understandably) buried under the ending mess. Ignoring that would be BW cutting off their nose to spite their face.Herky wrote...
What if; the MP are making so much money and the MP-players are happy while all the SP-players are doing is posting hate and never even a hint of appreciation, which leads to bioware realizing that their fanbase has moved to the MP area and stops giving any f'cks to the story from now on.

Coffee is bad! You should get enough sleep/reparation each night to have a good daytoffeetrooper wrote...
thank you mr connery,
a good sleep does wonders for the mind (followed by a large amount of coffee of cause)
Well said! The best result is that they learn from their mistakes and don't repeat them rather than never do anything new at all. It should have an affect on other developers too (although there's a risk that it'll encourage even more bland mainstream games at the expense of trying to create something with depth).firstarioch wrote...
But I don't want Bioware to go bust ..that would be a great shame...
I WAnt them to learn from thus and make more mass effects ...
Because you are adding to the "use" statisticsReorte wrote...

Here the normal edition switched from 70$ (edit: well that shows that im french) to about 40-50$. All in all, they would've to admit it's thanks to us that the prices got down, yet they have more sales...firstarioch wrote...

Mr Bond that is exactly my worse fear that ME turns into a fps mmo or something along those lines.

If it does, they will have definitely lost one customer, I'm not against MMO, it's just not my thing, SP games especially RPGs are really personal to me.Lestatman wrote...

With this ending it'll be MMO in which the main goal is to hunt down RGB-coloured mammoths. For some reason Green Mammoths are considered to be elite mobs, even though they don't drop good equipment or are worth anything. They also fly across the skies making WRAVWRAVWRAV noice.CaptnObvious wrote...
