Corporations are people too.
Let's be honest, you're emotional right now and you feel like Bioware has done some great wrong to you...
When it comes down to it though, you'll be first in line to pick up the next big AAA titles from Bioware, why?
Simple. Your game registration history proves it. If that's not enough of a reason, I will also mention that the style of game you enjoy is simply produced by only a few developers. So let's stop with "you'll hear my roar with my pocket book" routine. It's silly. Your financial decision has zero impact on the company.
Bioware is too-big-to-fail.
On a side note, if you're looking for some encouraging words from me, I will say that you have accomplished all that you possibly could relating to issues that concern your "movement".
You were able to convince Bioware to put some additional dev time into the endgame of Mass Effect 3. This means they will probably take scrapped ideas that they would have liked to include originally but lacked the timeframe to get it done. You have now allowed them that time.
PR and messaging wise it's a brilliant move by Bioware. As soon as the public hears your dismay over "Free DLC", one word will come everyones mind, entitlement.
Why do you think everyone laughs at the Tea Party now? Originally everyone was for the movement until they read the details of the groups actual morals, values, and goals. Look how laughable they have become....
Until then, you will continue to savage the last 15 minutes of the game until you become so cynical that no matter what the Dev team does you'll always be unhappy.
Understand that. I have and will continue to enjoy this series for what it was, it have not taken over my life....
Everything I say is fact. I'm just being honest. Good discussion.

Wow, you got my entire game catalogue from BioWare's site? I din't know they were that invasive.
Game catalogue: every BioWare game from KotOR, Skyrim, Frozen Synaspe, Minecraft, HL series and spinoffs, L4D, Saint's Row the Third, CoD, Alice: Madness Returns, Halo, Brutal Legends, Star Wars: Jedi Knight 1 & 2, Shogun: Total War, Star Wars: Empire at War, Amnesia: Justine, BioShock, Assassin's Creed series, and Dead Space (and that's not even all of them, just the cases I can read from here).
As you can see, my game catalogue spans RPGs, RTSs, Platforms, FPSs, Survival Horrors, and Sandboxes. I enjoy many styles of games from a variety of sources, not all of them being big companies or BioWare. I can ignore their next game if I want to because I have a large pool of game styles and companies I can and will buy from.
As for your encouraging words: thank you. It is good to have a progressive and encouraging discussion with someone, especially if they disagree with you. However, I don't think we've done everything we can. My first playthrough of ME3 I was purposefully trying to fail and let the Reapers win. Why? Because Mike Gamble said it was an option and looking back at Bioware's previous track record of getting me emotional from games, I figured such an ending would be very dramatic and emotional. Yet Shepard still beat the Reapers in every end. My character won, while I, as a player, lost. If Bioware would stop with this "no new endings" thing and add that ending -
just that ending - to the Extended Cut DLC and made it as emotional as they are no doubt making the current ones, I would forgive them for almost everything they've done recently.
as for savaging the last fifteen minutes until I hate everything the devs say; did you not read my last post? I was optimistic about the new DLC this summer because of what Patrick Weekes said at PAX. I am also replaying the whole series right now and enjoying every minute of it, so you can't say I hate the series now too because of the end or whatnot; just thought I'd stop that possible train of thought before it left the station.
