Yeah I found that quite an interesting read as well, though I'm still trying to not feel optimistic and I'm really not sure how cinematics can fix this fluster cuck of an ending to be perfectly honest, but I guess we shall find out when it's released.

I don't think it will fix anything important (read : StarChild's "yo dawg" logic, and the horrible choices, the mega cheese of plotholes, the contradiction with the core plot of ME 1...) unless they go for "it was all a dream" or the IT.

Wish seems very unlikely (and that's why it seems we are rage-holding the line).

SO about that ending hm? I was thinking about the half breath scene and well since the Indoc Theory is basically proven as not intended now. Well that opens up another plot hole/fail in logic...how did Shepard survive re-entry into earth's atmosphere?  is Shepard superman/women?

Just like how Liara and Samara and Jack don't need full on suits in order to survive in the vaccum of Space? I'll overlook that one, but honestly, hwo can they expcet me to believe that someone who's armor is completely blown to bits at the end, can survive reentry into our atmosphere... Its just not physically possible for a person to do that... even with all of the enhanchements!

not even with full armor shepard would survive a re-entry, as we all saw in ME2.

Exactly! And She/He also aphyxciated(sp?) in space before even entering into the planets atmosphere, so she/he was already dead... just became more dead on reentry and landing~!

I had a thought (don't all collapse in shock at once) but I would like to say that I don't believe in this "truth dlc" rumor. However, *if* it is true, this extended cut dlc would work well into it, we could get the cinematics of the forces we have amassed etc that many people have commented on etc. Just a thought but only if that rumor even gets some substance to it.

Nice read. I don't mind being mocked though I feel the game should  of had a happy outcome along with the other ones. No other way I can say it.

To what point and purpose? The extended cut announcement already appears to confirm that BioWare do not care about the reaction of their fans (and the likely massive drop off in sales for the release of their next title in backlash to this debacle), and more disturbingly, refuse to even admit to the gaping holes in logic and internal story consistency that the ending creates.

That said, I'll continue to voice my disappointment with the ending and repeatedly point out the problems with the ending.

Hold the line. Withhold your money. Continue to tell BioWare clearly and logically why their ending is so utterly and completely incoherent - it is not "artistic", it's simply terrible.

I feel like tweeting that to  Bioware and more - because this trend of  only  Dark and depressing can be meaningful is well... to put bluntly is childish.  Plus its freaking emotional tiring -  you lose audeince like that  they become apathic and goes from meaningful angst to nothing more than Wangst. 

Like that guy said in the video  "Its like a bunch of annoying 10th graders"   - like really  

Play  Persona 3   Altus got it right with that game and more I  compare the two games the more  Persona 3 really stands out.
