So we can't get the ending we want after all?

I have not yet determined my ultimate stance regarding future purchases from EA/Bioware however I do know I will never again pre-order any game from any publisher but will instead wait until after release to hear what's really included vs. what the pre-release hype promised. I'll definitely be watching DA3 very closely in this regard...

I would have never imagined that before... I wish I had a Delorian to go back in time. At least pre-release times were happier..
Wait... I would have to endure the ending again. >_<

Has anyone played this game with KINECT ?
and does it work?
I was curious as i played the game on PC so I have no way of knowing ...
Yeah haven't tried too much with it but you can call out commands to your squad and stuff.. it's a neat gimmick but I prefer to play my RPGs in silence haha.
Not sure if I've tried everything with it, but it does make me hope someone releases like a combat flight sim that uses it appropriately.

P.S. No, I've never played it, but it works(so a friend do it). But unless you like saying what you want your TV to do out loud (which I don't), it isn't that cool.

It does what it's supposed to.... Most of the time. There have been times when I have sneezed or cleared my throat and Garrus or whoever I had with with me would used a power ability or go into cover, and when I said " No stop doing that"! Shepard would switch weapons.
Drove me insane.

You don't control the Geth in the Control ending, do you ?
So why space magic can target the Reapers and only them in "Control", but can't resist to kill the Geth and EDI in "Destroy" ?
More bad writing right there !

I never had that issue, mind you I was one of the Canadian English speakers they used to build the voice profiles so I know my dialect works with the thing haha.

Wait, so the deck is the same size as the one in ME2, has less people to talk to that are there permanently, less doors to animate (no doors) and no changes at all during the game except the occasional extra person in the war room for a few missions, and they need something to make us wait while it loads it? WTF? Does Bioware use different logic to us, because to me that sounds a bit idiotic.

Haha, I think I would have the same problem. Having a Brazilian Portuguese accent, it would be like talking to Siri on the iPhone: it would understand me 85% of the time, but then...yeah, I'm sticking with my controller

Higher resolution textures, more dialog to load from random ensigns..etc Might be same size walking distance, but there's a lot more going on in that area, along with various variables that load based off your choices to the point you're at. It's doing a LOT more behind the scenes than it looks like. Just look at the loading times between ME3 and ME2... ME3's increased about 20 seconds for a new load game.

...you actually paid attention to the loading time?
I would always run to the kitchen to get water or something while it loaded (I can't stand sitting around waiting for it to load...too impatient for that)

You can install the game onto your Xbox's harddrive but I couldn't be bothered, why waste the space for the loading to be a few seconds faster?firstarioch wrote...
