Made a politically incorrect (though quite amusing) statement about Jesus dying on the cross being a horrible ending.

Hmm. One wonders what the point of saying something like that would be but to instigate a reaction from people. If I have learned anything making inflammatory statements about religion, politics, race and sexuality will always anger someone somewhere, I wonder if he has to ban himself now!?

It was made on Twitter lol, and truth be told, I think some people got offended just to get offended... I had just gotten home from easter service and thought it was funny personally lol.

If you actually punch your serial numbers into Origin you can download them all off there regardless if you have physical or even steam copies... kinda cool...  Once you have them downloaded just go to your My DocumentsOrigin (I think) folder and you can make a backup of all the installers, saves you having to redownload next time.

That sucks though.. I loved how the CD version of Sims 3 came PC/Mac on the same disc.

See, I didn't get it through Origin (thank God) and I do not have an actual disc, because I got the online download through transgaming/gametreemac. I can download it as many times as I want on my mac, it's just that it's a pain to install it over and over again.

You're absolutely right. They are individuals with feelings of their own and they have been trying to help channel our feedback in a constructive way back to the dev teams.

The fans take this very seriously truth be told. And they're already prickly from the things Bioware has said/done in the last few weeks. Like giving the cupcakes to charity because it wasn't done to praise the team (when in many eyes at the time they truly didn't deserve praising) also their comments on an amazon reviewer that mimicked our own almost word for word (which alot of people took as open mocking) add this from Chris priestly, just two days after people PAX where you have people still seething at the "No new endings, just extended" then yea, I can see it easilly as an unnecesary provocation/ill timed joke.

Still...am curious as to what's been happening with Jesica

I hate to say it but getting verbal abuse is part of jobs like that. The customer service department of the company I work for gets verbal abuse all the time and are expected to smile and say thank you.

Ahhh yeah.. you can still register the serial numbers in Origin, doesn't prevent you from getting it through the transgaming site, just lets you download it from Origin too.  Didn't realize you meant the install times.. they DO take a long time, just redid them all on this fresh windows install about 3 weeks ago lol... took like 2 hours including patches lol.

I feel kinda bad for Jessica. To me their tweets are not necessarily associated with their jobs but people from BSN lurk around and over analyze everything they say and then freak out for no reason. I personally appreciate that they get on there and state their thoughts about things, like an insiders look. But I by no means take anything as official. Weird how people act so different online than they would to your face - its quite cowardly IMHO.

I know that people in customer service do get hit with it and it's completely unacceptable that they do but this is Jessica's personal twitter, not affiliated with Bioware and this is a very personal attack on her.
