I have no problem with Jessica, she seems to genuinely care for the fans. If I had twitter I would join. Although I fully support people respectfully showing Chris's flaws in this situation. The key word there however is "respectfully".

Send Jessica a PM, negative comments are the hardest to forget, but recieving a lot of positive comments can help alleviate some of those negatives.

Sinatra as in Frank Sinatra? Then yes, he is from Jersey. A lot of people are from Jersey.
It isn't a bad place, and people from there are nice. Just...the media ruined it for them. 
I can tell you that there are other states where everyone is evil

When did this patch come out?

The last update was 1.05.  It was released back in January, well before this came out, and fixed a long standing DLC authentication issue when transferring between machines/consoles.

No conspiracy here... the release date on the 360 patch list still says the January date too.
