No no - don't get me wrong - but that's what forshadowing of Dark Matter in ME1 and ME2 was all about before a certain leader writer left ME to work on TOR
Oh I've posted it so many times - specially in this sub - but theory is - BW wanted this - they wanted to not only try and indoctrinate Shepard but also us the fans - make us make choices we normally wouldn't of.
Look at Casey's last interview - clues there - He wanted to polarise the fans - have people debate the ending - Mark's tweet - man if the fans only knew what we were working on - there would be no hate/much less hate -
Those were just before ME3 came out - and just after people started finishing ME3 - where people started coming in droves about the ending.
ME3 would answer tweets about people being indoctrinated - not just shepard but themselves - with you sure we haven't already?
This was planned from the beginning to be an insanely brillant attempt to indoctrinate the fans - it failed for a couple reasons.
Biggest reason - one of their biggest PR platforms - their App for Ipad was only for Ipad - seriously ave 1% of their gamers will have one - it was one of the foolish things to do not to port it over to Android and Windows. You have it ported there also - you have all your audience covered.
People reported about getting messages from the LI after they finished the game to come vist them - Ok this has been debated - So say its just messages fro Kad or Ash in the beginning to come visit.

It hasn't been agreed but some have said they have gotten a message for Liara too - which makes it completely different.
I've found with digging - most have gotten the message after they've beaten the game and not starting a new game so take it for what its worth.
Second - while BW was prepped for polarising - they were not prepped for out and out hate they have gotten on the game. They were seriously surprised just how many hate the ending and how quickly we got together. You can see this took them very much by surprised.
Which leads to three - they weren't prepped for how fast people beat the game - how quickly said people banded together in arms about how much they hate the ending.
I think they had this planned from the beginning - they have the endings - or needed a little more time to fully polish the endings so they were awesome - they weren't going to charge for the ending dlc either.
Problem is they can now never admit to this because of the PR nightmare this has become.
Also - the guy that leaked all the information on the MP DLC - which I said it round aboutly from the beginning was just confirmed - all it - exactly what was leaked..........damn sure is batting 1000 there - so "The Truth" dlc is coming - it won't be called that now.........but its coming....
