What about the fact that you couldn't even get a significant sidequest in the first place to even bother your journal with. That bugged me.

What bugged me even more was the fact that we had only 6 squadmates. Without a single one from ME2.

What was the worst was that none of your decisions from ME 1 and 2 matter in the slightest at any point in the game. That's at least as important as the endings.

What about... Ok, I'll stop.

lol "hey random guy ive never met before and listened to your conversation a week ago, i have that thing you wanted, its in bay D-24" ;):P
basically how every side thing went haha

If that happened in real life, you would be so paranoid of people listening into your conversations for the rest of your life.

I never wear the cocktail dress, all it ever screams at me is prostitu** so I just stuck with the N7 hoody (which FYI I loved!)

Me neither, except for that one scene (the talk + boxing match with Vega) where I just thought "ha, look at this meathead, she's going to kick his ass and do it in heels, too" :D

EDIT: see, I made him cry uncle B)

Seems like we could rant on about the problems of ME3 for hours !Image IPB

But yea, the lack of side-quests other than the ''DA2-esque'' ones were annoying.

The lack of squadmates is pretty much just BW being lazy...

And the choices of ME 1 and 2 not mattering... I did 1 playthrough of ME3, it was my Paragon-Shep. I saved the Rachni in ME1... Didnt matter... I destroyed the Collector Base in ME2... TIM still had the half-finished Human Reaper in the Cerberus Base... But the most unforgivable... Making Udina councilor...

I preferred the outfit that you got in Kasumi's loyalty mission in ME2 to what they give you in ME3.

I just don't get why femShep didn't get to wear the leather jacket, but only that spandex dress instead.
Not that it didn't look awesome when my femShep kicked Vega's ass in a dress, mind you.. :P
But still, a leather jacket seems much more in character than a cocktail dress.

[edit: minor issue, considering everything, I know]

I wanted the leather jacket too, sexy but tough Image IPB

Well I didn't know who the hell she was before the game. Her whole character in the game annoyed me, then I read some of her tweets and reports afterwards and it seems like she's an annoying personal in real life as well.

I didn't know who she was before this either. Her character didn't really annoy me, she wasn't important enough to annoy me in all honesty, but her voice acting (or lack-there-of) was dreadful. I could have done better and that's saying a whole heck of a lot.

hmmm...how did my exact thoughts get into your posts? :D

This is the problem, I could have forgiven the smaller faults or omissions if only the ending had been epic. The fact that the ending was aawful just  makes all the other flaws that much more glaring and irritating.

*sigh* Anderson stepped down as councilor in one of the books and Udina stepped in and took his place.

i think i said this like 1000-1500 pages ago, but that whole bit with TIM is a plothole, how in the hell, if i blew up the base (or if i kept it for that matter) did he manage to get ships there if you need a reaper IFF to go through the Omega 4 relay? and if i blew it up even if space magic :wizard: got him there how did he salvage anything?

Yup... When i went through the Cerberus Base i thought ''Hmm... Didnt I destroy that thing in the last game? Oh well, I can live with it...'' Then the ending happened... And lets just say that Udina was demoted to 2nd place of my ''Things-in-ME-that-annoys-me'' List...

I know... But srsly... Udina spent the entire first game working against you, in ME2 he ****es and complains about Anderson being councilor... Couldnt they just have introduced a new character? It wouldnt be the first time... *cough*Starchild*Cough

Wow, it's amazing how clueless this guy is. And he calls himself an "analyst" lol.
It's not hard to figure out who doesn't have a clue about what's going on with the ME3 ending. Just look for anyone thinking the expanded cut dlc contains "new choices," and then ignore everything they say because they clearly don't even understand that expanding on poo does not equal new non-poo.

Wow, this guy isn't pulling his punches lol. Always nice to see someone else that has taken the time to full understand the situation before voicing his opinion. Last time I checked, the FTC was not what got all the media attention.

I hated Udina but I liked him in all the games for the fact that he was like the character you love to hate, a bit like TIM.

We got to shoot Udina in the head though. Making him Councillor in exhange for the head shot...worth it.
As for the half built human Reaper, I did find it weird that it was still around. But given how strong the Reapers defenses are, I thought some of it surviving would be fine...what I find troubling is that I was left with the question: "What the hell is TIM going to do with that? Finish it?"...

Most of the plot issues through ME3 I could forgive, because something usually fun came out of it. The ending had no fun aspect to help it though.

Side note - launching that fighter into TIMs space station, to show you which way to go, was epic. "Oh kay guys...lets go that way"...fun destruction is best destruction.

Without being told any spoilers about the part in which he betrays you, from the first conversation with him I thought "the b*****d is going to betray me somehow". Gotto love being phycic.

And here I sit, as a game-designer and fan and think to myself: What kind of people are mediating between the two groups?
Maybe we are vocal in voicing our own, but we don't put down other people's opinions or assume to know the completely workings of the customer/fan-dev relationship.

Seriously, some of the press-people should just shut up. Game-Devs usually have good PR departments, we don't really need external input aside from reviews.

...Or that the genophage cure data is available whether or not you chose to destroy it, despite Mordin saying it would take years (yes years) to reproduce it if was lost... Or how about whether or not you chose to let the council die, you face zero repercussions, still get a Salarian, a Turian, and a Asari with the exact same dialogue, and are reinstated as a spectre regardless of whether or not you want it...

Or how about whether or not you had characters in the die in the suicide mission, you still get to do the missions they were supposed to be in, where another bland replacement character takes there place and everything plays out the same way, thereby proving just how useless the ME2 squadmate cameos really were.

It'd be easier if I could find that article I saw that had a list of these. I'm sure there were a couple more.
