What about the fact that you couldn't even get a significant sidequest in the first place to even bother your journal with. That bugged me.
What bugged me even more was the fact that we had only 6 squadmates. Without a single one from ME2.
What was the worst was that none of your decisions from ME 1 and 2 matter in the slightest at any point in the game. That's at least as important as the endings.
What about... Ok, I'll stop.
Seems like we could rant on about the problems of ME3 for hours !
But yea, the lack of side-quests other than the ''DA2-esque'' ones were annoying.
The lack of squadmates is pretty much just BW being lazy...
And the choices of ME 1 and 2 not mattering... I did 1 playthrough of ME3, it was my Paragon-Shep. I saved the Rachni in ME1... Didnt matter... I destroyed the Collector Base in ME2... TIM still had the half-finished Human Reaper in the Cerberus Base... But the most unforgivable... Making Udina councilor...
...Or that the genophage cure data is available whether or not you chose to destroy it, despite Mordin saying it would take years (yes years) to reproduce it if was lost... Or how about whether or not you chose to let the council die, you face zero repercussions, still get a Salarian, a Turian, and a Asari with the exact same dialogue, and are reinstated as a spectre regardless of whether or not you want it...
Or how about whether or not you had characters in the die in the suicide mission, you still get to do the missions they were supposed to be in, where another bland replacement character takes there place and everything plays out the same way, thereby proving just how useless the ME2 squadmate cameos really were.
It'd be easier if I could find that article I saw that had a list of these. I'm sure there were a couple more.
