When I asked if anyone wanted to play multiplayer on Gold with me. Nharia accepted and you started tearing up that you don't have internet in your dorm and don't play 360 online.

Haha. I did have an atari, but I was too little to count it as a gaming experience. I still play Streets of Rage to this day. I love that game even now.

Yeah I think it has something to do with the software? the PS1 software is similiar to PS3 or something....I honestly don't know, I am soo not tech savvy lol

They could create an emulator that mimicked the PS1 engine, but the PS2 engine is too heavy for an emulator on PS3. Earliest PS3 models had PS2's "Emotion" engine that enabled the playability of PS2 games, but the cost of the console was too high at 699€/$, so they cut the engine out of it and sold the console for 499€/$.


Hence the old 60gb and 40gb(no PS2) models.

TamiBX, g_bassi13, about how they messed it up again.. I think it's because they didn't add/replace the codes they took out in ME3.

When I was using the method described for fixing it with gibbed (while I am no modder by any account) there was a LOT of vector/scalar values for the facemorph that simply weren't there in ME3. However, the game still recognizes them when you add them manually into an ME3 save.

So.. the answer to that is shoddy  an oversight in programming, apparently.

Thanks for clearing that up. So it won't ever get fixed?

Ah well that clears that up I retract my previous decloration of Logic Fail. Also nerd to nerd isn't it wonderful to know random facts about random thing tolkien nerd FTW

edit: I guess I don't spend much time on sites where I would talk to kids, because in convos, almost always end up being youngest.

Yes in Japan and in the US - UK and EU - didn't have the PS2's Emotion Engine; it was all software emulation

that's why took them those extra few months to release over here - to get the emulation up to scratch   I know I sold them in the beginning in the UK and had a bit of hate on my friends back in the States as they had them first LOL

80's here as well... which I'm guessing you are. It's a funny feeling, The other day I went to a high school and the looks the kids gave me "what is this old fart doing here?!" kinda hit me in a funny way. Like "damn... it feels like yesterday that I was one of those hormone-driven chimps..."
