Just to be on-topic a bit....How long can we talk about the endingd we didn't get when Bioware won't even talk about the endings we are not gettings? I can see their cunning plan is to wait for the topic drift, then lock the thread.

Basically, delete the line with face code from your Mass Effect 2 save using Gibbed and then import the resulting file - and voila! 

Hmmm.........interesting - they still need to fix that - means translation of code from me2 engine to me3 engine is broken.  What makes this even more funny - PS3 version uses ME3 engine; but ME 2 textures.......there shouldn't be a problem at all......

Lol, those were good times. Anxiously counting down the days till release, wathcing trailers over and over again. Enjoying the game(Hell yeah, shooting Udina). Then came the ending. Really?

I tried to play through ME1 again. Do a playthrough without any romances. I picked up Liara, did the Cerberus side missions and Bring down the Sky. I'm just not in the mood to continue.

Currently I'm playing through the Saints Row The Third DLCs. Quite funny.

I'm a foreigner in Finland, one of the most racist countries out there, so I know a thing or two about being an outsider lol.
Sometimes it's enjoyable, other times you are sick of it.

And I'm somehow amazed that the patch (or whatever they called it) didn't fix a major weapon problem that I had throughout the game. All the time I was changing my weapons in the middle of battles, in the most inconvenient times. And this happened all the time. And by the way, I had a topic with all the bugs I found, where people added their input. It was maddening for me. I don't know if the bug and the joke was just on me, but it really infuriated me.

I've never met any other Brazilian on campus who speaks Japanese. And I'm actually in a big college (over 40 thousand students)

No idea, since I haven't got a clue about code in general But it seems some users have a better idea of what's wrong then Bioware staff working on the fix, at any rate.

I'm just happy I finally got my Shep back.. and now I have to submit her to the fate that is the ending, heh..

I agree. Also, I don't like ME3 faces...ME2 looked prettier and the hair was more natural (ME3 hair styles annoyed me so much)

For me it was/is the camera issue. when I moved the camera, it would automatically move away and point at somewhere in the sky.

The weapon change issue could be you pressing the reload button too many times. since holding the X or SQUARE button would change weapon, and pressing it 3/4 times in fast successions would have the same effect.

[edit: had to wait to finish my happy dance to calm down So, basically, bioware did fix something, but not everything, so it seemed the patch wasn't working.. but deleting the code did the trick, it imported the face correctly, at last, kudos to Dimensio for the tip]

Thanks. I think I may have to try that out later. Bioware should take notes for their next update, lol.

I don't get why they didn't do something about the hair like they did in DA2, personally I felt that some of those looked more natural than what you get in ME2/3.

Thanks, but I play on the PC. I checked the mouse, but didn't find a problem with it. Just with the game. And I don't know if the reloading have something to do with it. They could check it out. It was very annoying.

Original English dub for all of them 'cause they were ordered on amazon.com or .co.uk (I can't stand the French dub, no emotions at all)

ME 3 Collectors' Edition
ME 2 Collectors' Edition
Mass Effect (Xbox "classics" re-release - a second disc includes the DLC, a theme, the soundtrack, making of, and the Art of Mass Effect with audio commentary)
I also have various comic books (both soft and hard cover), The Art of Mass Effect artbook.

My sister has all three games on PC (french dub). I also had the french version of ME 1 and ME 2 on Xbox too (but I gave them).

Didn't get the novels. Heard they were bad (the comics were okay, albeit I didn't read them twice)

I can't count the number of times I watched trailers and replayed the games and listened to the soundtracks...

That's how much I was into the ME universe. Dragon Age was very good but didn't compare.

And then came the silliness of StarBrat, his plothole generator, and the bitterness of the ending.
And the space magic. With ponies.
