While were on the geth. Did we actually confirm that Legion was the first geth who fired a gun?

Also screw the geth. Who the hell do they think they are? I'd kill them all over again. I regret nothing! Wooh!

But...Legion....:crying:

... dies anyway, right? You choose: suicide or Tali's knife.

I'd be surprised if that was true. The whole "geth consensus" sequence was steeped in the representative messages that seems to be BioWare's stock in trade. Legion himself states that the virtual reality environment is using Shepard's own perceptions and memories to form the world itself.

Still Shepard sees the connection and asks Legion about the rifle in the video message because it resembles the one legion had. And legion answers with : It's an efficient model (with a slight pause)

d(-_-)b

I'm open to one of the programs within Legion being the one that first armed itself. But he himself is an amalgamation of 1,183 programs that, by the time the Rannoch missions end, has finally coalesced into one fully-fledged consciousness. All in all, a very poignant moment.

"It's an efficient model; as you might see, it kills Quarians quite well.":wizard:

Beside, everyone knows what the ultimate weapon against Geths is: a knife

Really shouldn't be like that Image IPB. We shouldn't have to go and ask the creators via short messages wth happened to the characters and the universe that we fell in love with.

@g_bassi13 i also agree with your shepard having to die part, i think thats ridiculous, the option should be there like you said was in DA:O, i should be able to live if i choose die if i want to, there is no honor in being forced into suicide/sacrifice, the choice to do so for the greater good is what brings honor

Especially if you don't believe in what you're doing. They play synthesis up like it's the ultimate sacrafice. The one the game has been working towards all along. As I said in my post, that's complete BS, and the opposite of what I stood for the entire time.

No honour in any of these sacrifices. When I watched Shepard blow herself up (with destruction, the only one time I've played the ending), there was no sense of accomplishment at all. I'd like the option of a sacrificial death, but not as presented in the game. It's lose/lose for everyone and everything as is.

Also, I'm sorry but I haven't read through your post yet. It's 3:30 in the morning now, and I don't have the energy to tackle it right now. Will read it in the morning.

Idk I don't think Synth was what the game was working towards. ME1 Saren was trying to accomplish the same thing and he was a bad guy. ME2 was about stopping them at all costs and ME3 was about destroying them at all costs. Thats probably why destroy was the only option where you lived, because Shepard stuck to his original goal from ME1.

The geth inside this platform take umbrage with this comment. We request that g_bassi13-Commander withdraws his comment or we shall concentrate our fleet's firepower on this spot with the target designator. Yes, g_bassi13-Commander, this platform was taking notes.
