Soo, on a completely random note, what happened to the person who created this thread?

Chatter over the battlenet that he's deep behind enemy lines, sabotaging PR campaigns, putting DLC out ahead of time, and revealing the truth... Some even suggest he may have been captured and now fights for us as a rogue marauder.  We're not sure the truth, but wherever he is we'll hold the line for him.  :police:

I feel like we came to someone's house, took over it, and didn't even get to know the owner...we have no manners

Me too!! The Sims 3 is the only thing I play all the time on my computer (or at least I used to, until I played ME3 ending...now the little EA logo at the loading screen makes me mad)

I have DA:O and DA2 on my computer too, but I've never really finished it...probably because I've played them way too many times on the console

I like to play games on a console; sit down and actually feel the controller vibrate with every shot I take..oh yeah.

*sorry for the off topic again guys*

You know I preffered the sims 2 actually, though I do love The Sims 3 aswell....I need expansions though the base game is boring the heck out of me now lol.

I have always been an avid Playstation gamer, but I got an xbox to play ME1 and Fable on *sigh* my two whole puproses of getting an xbox and now only one of them brings me happiness (Fable lol)

Haha.. No kidding.  I feel almost bad somedays.... then the owner of the house calls us whining and entitled.. so I just go take more food from his fridge and I feel better about myself.  :innocent:

I have waaayy too much envy for those of you who can still game. This is about as close as I come these days:
https://www.zooniverse.org/

Oh well, now to relax I actually play a "game" where my choices matter in a very real sense - and talk to all of you!

I Liked lost chapters... although I got it years later int he bargain bin for 15 bucks. main game plus content.

Loved fable 1. It will be remembered. They butchered it afterwards in ym opinion.

What was your reaction when you saw who the Origami killer was???

I remember sitting in my room.

"Nah...Nah...it cant be...not this guy!"

*Then all the evidence starts clicking together*

"No...Nooooo....NOOOOOO It can't be THIS GUY!!!"

*Confirmation -yes, it is THIS GUY-*

*Flips mental table*

"NOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

*Stares at screen in slack jawed disbelief for 10 mins.*

Hahah my reaction was pretty much the same in all honesty, and I found it so hard to keep my mouth shut about it to my dad who hadn't finished the game yet.  I was sitting biting my nails and everything to not tell him hahaha!
I thought the whole game was like playing a movie, it was fantastic and I can't wait for more games from them!

So BW has told us that it'd be hard to get the best possible endings, but they always let us do with this game something that was unprecedented: if we made the right decisions, we could get the outcome we want. Huge spoilers ahead, you've been warned:

Current information states that regardless of which ending you choose, regardless of whether or not Shep lives or dies, the Normandy crew gets stranded on some random world without tech, Shepard will never see them again, and the galaxy by and large is completely boned for the next 200k years or so without any kind of good spacefaring tech.

To which I just want to say...why? After so many years of giving us control, why jerk it away from us at the last second just to force us to get a "bittersweet" ending. Not that I mind there being one present, and I'd use one in a playthrough, but not ALL my playthroughs.

they couldve made each ending harder to get.  Suppose after the cerberus mission you are offered a chice of three missions, each leads you through a seperate plot line that leads you to use the crucuble in a different way.  Like the control ending could only be done if you do a mission involving miranda's dad and his research into indoc.  or the syntesis only if you achieve geth/quarian peace.

I think this is really the problem, not similarity.  They are all just.. the same.  Same amount of work gets a b or c.

Hey, I got Xbox 360 to play ME1 too! But that was way back when ME2 wasn't even out yet. My friend let me borrow it, I fell in love and got my own copy later.

If I like a game, I always get a new copy, so I can support the developers and stuff, but after ME3, I'm not sure if Bioware will be supported anymore...:crying:

I remembered I had Halo Wars still sitting on my 360 and hadn't played it yet, so I'm doing a bit of it today.. I love RTS, hate RTS on the 360.. but it's not bad and I love the story cutscenes between.. reminds me of Mass Effect, but I know the ending didn't suck... wow... I just said Halo had a better ending than Mass Effect 3... what is the world coming to? ... I would not have seen this coming 3 months ago :crying:

Yeah because I'm spending more time playing NWN2 and FONV now than I am playing ME3... though I got a couple of people from here now who I'll be playing MP with, Phoenix and Major Swift... and a couple of others~! Wish you had an Xbox, then we could play MP together, if you did it... Ah well I can always talk to you on here so that's okay~!

Haha fair enough, might get you rid of your ME3 habit for a while anyway :P

 I do have an xbox, I just don't have ME3 for xbox lol :D (also I don't play MP anyway - hate it, in all games tbh) - I had planned on buying ME3 for my xbox when it came down in price but then the ending happened and I have no intentions of spending more money on a shoddy product lol.

I know what you mean about usually not playing MP, but I'm drawn into MP for ME3... :?

Lol, what was your dad's reaction. I was ranting so much about who the killer turned out to be my Mom told me to sit down and play again because she wanted to see what all the hubub was about (Luckilly I didn't mention any names)

She saw who the origami killer was and first words out of her mouth. "Holy **** are you serious? Its THAT GUY???"

The Sims 2 is awesome :D

I got ME1 on PC when a friend on here suggested it to me, ME2 was not long out at the time. I enjoyed playing ME1 so bought ME2 for PS3 - Loved it and played it over several times, tried to play ME1 for PC but as I said I'm not into PC gaming much so I never finished it, then I got an xbox to play ME1 on but I bought it out of a baragin bin lol. Loved it, so bought ME2 for xbox aswell...was intending on getting ME3 for it but that's NOT going to happen now.

I;m not sure if Bioware will be supported by me after this either.

I admit... my room is a fu(*(*7 mess. But I dont like people seeing the rest of the house messy. So I keep it clean with my friends. Kelly is a neatfreak so she'll kill me if I leave a mess in the kitchen.

I think, story wise, Fable 2 was the best one. I felt more empathy for Sparrow and Hammer than I did for any of the other Fable protagonists/side characters.

The lack of a boss battle is somewhat dissapointing but Lucien was not a hero. (Hence he has no plot armor) When normal people get shot...they tend to die. Add to that the fact that he fell down a chasm. So I really didn't have a problem with "No final boss" that so many complained about there.

My only problem with Fable 2 is reaver<_< God how I wanted to kill that arrogant, piece of ****.

I wish there was a DLC that let you kill him. Or the option to kill him in Fable 3 that woulda made it all better for me.
