Guess they were too busy rendering the Star Child; or the RGB coloring took too much time. 

what REALLY made me laugh HARD was that during the PAX panel a person asked why they used a lame picture to be tali, there answer made me laugh.

"we looked through thousands of pictures on google tryingto find the one that we felt would be tali, we also did not want to use the engine resourses to render tali"

that answer has a few plot holes, heres a list of those plot hole

1)- we looked
2)- thousands
3)- pictures
4)- google

the picture they used was on the first page of stock model photos, also they are they not using the engine to render the pictureframe AND the picture, but what we all wanted was for tali to be standing in front of shepard WITHOUT HER SUIT ON.

they currently render so many usless items in ME3 so a rendering of tali uses literly NOTHING of the game since its a PICTURE, A GOD DAMNED STILL NON MOVING IMAGE OF SOMEONE

Well, since everyone here is on practically daily, I think it's mostly the profile pic. I've noticed those with FemShep pics get more attention, followed by Kaidan, then Garrus and Liara, and then organics in general. Chmarr is an exception though.

But no one hardly pays attention to the robots.
