True, but a better ending for ME3 would be good (one that includes Kaidan being there with Shep instead of running away to the land of OZ)
So we can't get the ending we want after all?

As i said, i dont think it is just about the money they can make. In my eyes it seems the most important thing to both BW and EA is to keep the absolute power over their products. They fear times in which the customers might sort of "dictate" what the games should be like...
To say it in othetr words: This "fight" is bigger this time...
Thats why i think many, many more must hold their wallets than i think actually are doing right now....
EDIT again: I can say of myself that i dont want to dictate them their games. I jsut want an ending that makes sense
I agree with you. This fight is between 2 entirely alien business philosophies. "Customer is always right" vs "Don't like it, don't buy it". I am supporting the Retake movement, not only because I don't like the ending. Honestly, I am not that pissed off by what they have wrote. But I am really angered by their treatment of fans. Even if they won't change the ending, overall damage for EA and Bioware will be unrepairable - they will lose their market to competitors - shows them that customer is right.

What to get for the Commander that has everything?.......... What would Kaidan give your Shepard for their birthday?"
I replied with: A better ending to ME3
Lol. I'd ask for Microsoft Vista to take with me on the final mission.

I'm still trying to figure out the reason the Normandy was leaving the system, was it to prevent distruction, in which case that means all other ships in orbit around earth are in danger of distruction?xHezz90 wrote...

I just cannot come up with any valid reason for Joker taking the Normandy out of the system, and certainly not how he reached the charon relay in time.

Well even Patrick Weekes said that Joker wouldn't abandon Shepard without a very good reason.... so why they didnt make that reason known I have no idea.DJBare wrote...

I cannot come up with a valid reason either and I will be partly impressed if BioWare can....

Hoping to out run the blast, to save EDI?
Although, any possibilities like that are completely blown out of the air by the fact that he stopped to pick up the rest of the crew...hmmm...

But how woul he know he needed to save EDI? Shepard doesn't talk to anyone about the choices (yet another out of character part) so he wouldn't know about EDI getting destroyed, or merged (and he doesn't need to save her from merging or control)
And your second point does blow that out of the air because he wouldn't need to save the crew mates on earth lol

MS Vista was the worst OS Microsoft ever came out with. Bugs, Blue screen of death, it pretty much did whatever the hell it wanted to. It was a nightmare to run and every update made it worse. So you install that in the catalyst mainframe and you get an ending you deserve. Though I think that may be considered a crime in the Mass Effect universe.
Still consider yourself lucky you didn't have to endure that nightmare.

Here's the thing, lets assume for the moment that Joker is following orders from the admiral to bug out, Joker does not need to go far, once stealth systems are engaged the reapers won't even know the Normandy is still in the system, I don't think even the reapers would notice a comparatively small ship vanishing with everything else that's going on, even if Joker had lost his mind, EDI had already stated she would lay down her life for the crew, she would have taken control of the normandy and turned it around in an attempt to rescue Shepard and any other survivors.xHezz90 wrote...

Unrelated to Mass Effect, but there was just a major earthquake off the coast of Indonesia with the epicenter in North Sumatra. Here in Bangalore, India, I felt the tremors. It woke me up from the middle of my nap. I hope the news coming out of the effected area isn't too bad.

Yeah exactly, like I said no-one on Shepards crew would abandon Shep....I'm not even sure Joker would have listened to any admiral (even Hackett) ordering him to leave Shepard....while saving the ground team with Shepard

Support software was released at the end of Vistas "life" (when Windows 7 came near to release). That software fixed a lot of the issues. "Service Packs" are the upgrades that were released, generally, each version of Windows has 2 or 3 of them.
That being said, Vista was the most unstable Windows OS since the days of Windows 95. Feeling old now, so I'm gonna stop...lol
