Wait a minute, that does not distinguish her from being synthetic, reaper tech or not, EDI is still a synthetic.

exactly right meaning not all synthetics die further proving starbrat to be a liar

That's BS. I'm pretty sure this was printed out with a list of other plot hole clarifications that was handed out to all the Bioware guys. EDI was designed from reaper tech. The game itself said she was.

These guys are retconning their own story to make the glitches and plotholes fit.

Unfortunatly most of these recent tweets seem to involve circular logic, half hints of possible things to come or just plain bad logic.

The Cosmic Crotch Dumpling lied. Like any good salesman, he gives you the worst option (for him) first, makes it sound like crap then gives you the option that would be alright and last the option that would benifet him the most, making it sound like chocolate heaven.

Guardian is Harbinger, plain and simple.

... I got their dialogue. I wasn't aware of this glitch, lol.

Like I said, who knows what else we'll find is a glitch.. :)

Their dialogue is apparently tied with Ashley's approval rating (which it shouldn't be, because one has nothing to do with the other). So, in certain situations (like if Ashley died on Virmire and you have no approval from her since she's dead) most of their dialouge doesn't trigger, aside from the initial convo when you get them back aboard Normandy.

Someone found a workaround for this: http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/325/index/9776690/36#10920130

Alright, just heard they give DAII a whole new update, with "Decisions that matter", "Redoing some levels" and "Whole new armors for companions", so an overall Update, based on the fans descriptions and needs. Yet, MEIII, the conclusion of an epic trilogy, deserved a star child, non sensical ending, and if they listen the extended cut is all we get?

To say I am "Pi**ed" doesn't even get close to it.

Just wanted to point out that I had the destruction ending, and I'm almost certain EDI came out of the Normandy at the end. I had already wiped out the Geth on Rannoch if that matters.

But it's not something that always happens to everyone is it? It sounds like a glitch.

I was shown her exiting the hatch as well, so maybe it was meant to be.
If so my peace deal with the Geth wasn't for naught.

WHAT! I've chosen the red ending 6 times now and EDI hasn't gotten out of the Normandy... not once!

EDI has been shown to survive the destroy ending, but no one has yet figured out if it's a glitch or that the catalyst is lying, I'm personally going for the latter, the catalyst has every reason to lie.

I agree, I had already posted in another thread examples of a confidence trickster, starbrat fits those examples.

either that  or no syntheics died. that means EDI. Geth and Reapers are all alive and shepard blew up galaxy for what?

well it was said Reapers shut down all Relays when they arrive, but snice prothians messed with keepers on Citadel, Reapers werent able to shut down all Relays. so tricking Shepard to blow them up sounds like a reasonable plan for Reapers.

i think i am going waaay off into wilderness with this ideas

The worst part is if you romanced Liara through all three games... When you get the scene where she is crying over what happens on Thessia, there is no comfort the woman/mono-gendered being you love.  In fact, even the best options you are not exactly the ideal girlfriend/boyfriend/bondmate/whatever.

Here is what I think BioWare should do (first 4 anyway, there are many, many issues to tackle):

1) Give us the endings we want
2) Fix face import bug (and any other import issues)
3) Fix the quest tracker to actually be useful
4) Add paragon interrupt to actually be nice to Liara (and give her a hug) when she is greiving.

I would also like to get a renegade interrupt for that scene...since not everyone wants to comfort Liara...

EDI's body doesn't have reaper tech, however her AI core in the Normandy uses Hardware from Sovereign and reaper software to improve her countermeasures.

lol i think it killed the reapers but i agree with the no (other than reapers) synthetics died, he's just trying to prevent you from killing the reapers

Cosmic.. crotch dumpling?  Do I even want to know rofl?!

Hey all!  How goes the line?  I'm assuming everyone saw the whole BBB spokesman saying that EA 'technically' committed false advertising?

..Personally I think she's just looking for a promotion but I'll take any support I can get

So she is composed of Reaper software. That was my point. They're twisting their own story around to make the endings work. Watch them come up with worse lies than this.

Also, I'm done for the night. The Vancouver Canucks are playing in 4 hours, and I'd kick myself if I wasn't awake to watch them play. Good night.

Ok, this quote block may quote the wrong person but I was too lazy to find the original.....is it possible for some1 to go thru the code and figure out how the "walk out of the Normandy" system works?

I am pretty sure that Cerberus used reaper tech in the body. Why? Because they used Reaper tech nearly everywhere. In their soldiers, in the Normandys AI core. Even if not, the body is controlled by the AI core, and if the AI core blows up, the body would not have the input to sustain movement.

She said she only transfered enough to: "Maintain that body." Her very intelligence is still in the AI core. It is like a remote controlled car I guess..
