I get the sense that the girls outnumber the guys in this thread (at least from the regular posters).

That would explain all the hugging.

No... I'm not sure it does.

Scientific theory. Postulate a theory. Put it out there. See if it floats.

I could just use Space Magic... Image IPB

lol watching family guy star wars "its a trap" how is this relevent you may ask. Because right at the start Seth Macfarlane basucally says we didn't try so lower expectaions. is it possible that this is what happened with BW?

also there appears to be an ant on my keyboard should I reap it or paragon it and give it sugar.

The worst part is if you romanced Liara through all three games... When you get the scene where she is crying over what happens on Thessia, there is no comfort the woman/mono-gendered being you love.  In fact, even the best options you are not exactly the ideal girlfriend/boyfriend/bondmate/whatever.

Here is what I think BioWare should do (first 4 anyway, there are many, many issues to tackle):

1) Give us the endings we want
2) Fix face import bug (and any other import issues)
3) Fix the quest tracker to actually be useful
4) Add paragon interrupt to actually be nice to Liara (and give her a hug) when she is greiving.

I would also like to get a renegade interrupt for that scene...since not everyone wants to comfort Liara...

The Paragon should be if she is your LI.  If she isn't, hell yeah there should be a Renegade option!  I'm all about choice in Mass Effect; I would not begrudge someone such an option simply because it is not the option I would choose.

All synthetic life will succumb. As will much of the technology your kind rely on. Including the relays you depend upon."

We request that images are not embedded in this thread, please provide a link to them instead, images all too often get quoted by several others causing image spam.

With that said, it does look like they have not got their act together over the whole destroy wiping out synthetics.

I think it would be good if at some point you got both interupts at the same time to let you choose how Shep should react.

Thanks. Had to change paragraph 3 so many times to get the 4th to fit properly. Originally made it for a competition on treehouse brand stores fb page to have a change to win an ME goody bag, but after I thought it was good enough to show Jessica considering she was celebrating Shepards birthday as well.

That's BS. I'm pretty sure this was printed out with a list of other plot hole clarifications that was handed out to all the Bioware guys. EDI was designed from reaper tech. The game itself said she was.

These guys are retconning their own story to make the glitches and plotholes fit.

EDI's body doesn't have reaper tech, however her AI core in the Normandy uses Hardware from Sovereign and reaper software to improve her countermeasures.

Pretty much every in-game piece of tech derived from reaper tech. A lot of stuff was salvaged from Sovereign, enough to create a wide array of things. I'm sure EDI is not the only person we know who should kick the bucket if the catalyst isn't lying. Frankly, I'd bet that some of the weapons you're using against the reapers came from reaper tech. The galactic scale takes a hit too, it seems.

Also, something is tugging at me. How is Destroy option capable of destroying all synthetic life? It makes no sense that it would be able to conduct this without eliminating organic species or breaking the laws of physics (even space magic physics). It's understandable that the reapers could be KIA'd, but not every synthetic in the galaxy. Plus this makes little sense, because people will only make more in the first place (because NO-ONE knows why the f**k that synthetics will supposedly be "their doom"). Who's to say that the Quarians wouldn't just rebuild the Geth but this time, do it properly and treat them as equals?

Having just finished playing I Am Alive today, ANYONE who complains about the ending of Mass Effect 3 hasn't played this game, I mean it is a great game but the ending, I mean they missed out virtually the entire storyline as to why you were in the city.

Honestly I haven't been so annoyed at the ending of a game before, I mean Mass Effect 3 was alright, I could handle that but this game, it was like the just stopped the game halfway through and slapped on an ending.

So yeah, I Am Alive is FAR worse than Mass Effect 3.

Hmmm, if I remember correctly, the guy from that was looking for his wife and kid? Maybe the endings were accidently swapped and starchild is his kid? We can only hope.

Alright, just heard they give DAII a whole new update, with "Decisions that matter", "Redoing some levels" and "Whole new armors for companions", so an overall Update, based on the fans descriptions and needs. Yet, MEIII, the conclusion of an epic trilogy, deserved a star child, non sensical ending, and if they listen the extended cut is all we get?

To say I am "Pi**ed" doesn't even get close to it.

Heh? Last I heard they pulled all further development of DA 2 and threw them all onto DA 3.

He was for ten minutes, and then for the rest of the game ignored them for another family. Seriously, such a terrible ending...

I hear some posts about EDI being able to survive the destroy ending? can anyone clarify? i saw the Jessica twitter deal, even though i thought she had reaper tech, even if not, it destroys all synthetics... but i guess it has shown at some playthrough? high EMS? bug? or what?

well if you saw the tweet of mine she answered then her living is not a bug/glitch, not sure what requirements are for her walking out of the normandy though, just goes to show starchild was lieing (no synthetics die besides the reapers IMO)

Well if what the reaper says is true, nearly all the advanced tech should go becuase its all based on Reaper tech, thats the whole point of the cycle, so we have to assume starboy is lying

Well... If this is the case, and im not saying it is, its speculation at best. but if so, Destroy will allways be the paragon choice ;)
