I did the ending once, and just picked red. Was too pissed off to try it again to see how equally stupid the other endings were going to be. This was an assumption at the time, as I went into the ending completely blind as to what was going to happen. And even if I was remotely interested in the other two, I was too pissed to turn on the game again.

And then a few days later I saw this video:
www.youtube.com/watch

And then I lol'd. That about summed up Mass Effect 3 for me, lol.

when I finished ME3 on 13 th of March.. first I didnt know whare to go...It was confusing ( meant choices at the end )
Second I immiediately started searching the net ..about the ending...is it it  ? Surely not!!! cant be ..
AFTER all these years of playing I get THIS!?
...I found this forum same day and found like minded people ...I also found Retakemovement ...dotnated 250 dollars asap ... And than I found Jeremy Jans youtube video...

That video is somethingBioware needs to look at every day...
As here Everyman like us just plainnly says how this ending sucks...

Yeah when I first saw those I thought I had forgotten how to count, because 13 endings were missing.

If that's what you were looking for, you could've jusr loaded up ME3. Mass murder is conventiently available at the push of a button.

....Remind me to shoot you at some stage, lol :innocent:
Staying away from ME3 as much as possible till the ending content is released.

Speaking for myself, the way Bioware has handeled just about everything has made it worse. I don't like being talked down to and lied to. I don't hold out too much hope that they're changing, but I'm still here.

I think you probably speak for most everyone here, the way they are handling everything is awful I mean some of their twitter posts are so condescending. I don't like being talked down to either, I never have...even when I was a wee girl I hated it, you know those stupid kids shows where they talk down to the kids? yeah I was a kid who hated them and wondered why they were talking to me like that lol. I despise lies of all kinds, it always causes more problems than it solves.

I don't hold out too much hope that they're changing either in all honesty all they care about is money and "artistic vison" <_<

But artistic visiond or artistic integrigy will earn them no money.. if they mess up the ending even more with the DLC and continue to behave like crap... no one or very few people will buy further DLCs or even further Mass Effect games or even BW products...

And Mass Effect 3 is not the first of their newer games people are dissappointed about.. a lot were dissappointed by DA2 and even a lot of people are dissapointed bei SWtor....

Probably they should look a little more for their customers and not cause some writers at BW think they made a super original and soooo artistic good ending.... sorry if the ending was such an artistic super shoot.. why do so much people think of it as crap ? Probably BW should ask this themselfs and not look at some few guys who liked it..

And even some german gaming journals had the ending as big negative point in their stats..

So here we are over month later and anger and disappointment hasnt subsided..
Which is good. This is can be a breakthrough in client provider relationship .But we need to stay here and stay strong..I already noticed many have left...
Thats wwhat I was talking about when I said we need to pace ourselves here so we dont burn out.

Ultimately Bioware misled us on the endings front big time .
Hence we raised hell... This is a lesson for everyone and every dev out there...
You lie to fans promise them things ,tell them lets work together its a collaboration between us dev and you loyal fans...
Than when you finish the series and you tell us "artistic vision " .We cant change nothing...
I SAY BULL sht !!!

This reminds me... there was a thread on IGN about what people thought the best and worst endings of the last decade were. Some guy said ME3 had one of the best and Deus Ex had one of the worst... I was too polite to point out that they're the exact same thing!

It still doesn't make sense to me how EMS can relate to Shephard surviving.

EMS made me feel like I was putting the resources I acquired to good use until:

The "broken crossroads" ending where choice is torn away from the player.

Narrative Coherency was completely thrown out the window, along with a new conflict that rises at the games resolution that supersedes the one your Shep was trying to resolve.

(i.e. "We must stop the Reapers" turns into, "We must end the cycle by: A, controlling the Reapers and screwing over the galaxy by isolating everyone. B, Combining every sentient life form in the galaxy, creating a synthetic/organic space magic. C, Destroying the Reapers, BUT destroying all cybernetics and synthetics as well--potentially screwing over two races... huh?)

I learned that EMS is little more then an achievement/health bar that somehow determines Shephard's survivability in the end-run.

Does this honestly make sense to anyone else?

The old Deus Ex games, or HR?
Played them all...the endings were better than ME3s, just because they actually fit with the rest of the story.

Hey guys/gals quick not thread related question. Some of you played Journey for PS3 and highly recommend it, ( plan on buying it later on today) but have any of you play Dear Esther on PC?

If so how was it? It looks interesting and I kind of get a Myst vibe from it.

I really enjoyed HR, loved the voice acting for Adam Jenson and you're right, not only do you get closure at the end it is completely in keeping with the game and the themes.

It would make sense if the EMS would show in the ending (like more forces helping to fight, a scene were the Rachni take down a reaper, a surviving squad finding the severe wounded Shep in the rubble amnd so on).

But  the endings (when Star Brat appears) makes no sense at all.. it's like you clued the ending of another game onto ME3, changed the persons and think of it as artistic break through.
So your choices and troup gathering throughout the whole game is useless.. cause the don't influence the endings at all...

Shoot me how? Have you even played MP? There's no friendly fire in Mass Effect 3.

I dont know about all of you but the second game which I have been waiting for this year apart from ME3 has been released today!!

Legend Of Grimrrock!!! finally !! for PC ofcourse.
Anyone who has liked and played Dungeon Master or Eye of the Beholder ...this is it but made for modern hardware!!!
Game is incredible.
All the reviews are very good and even IGN gave it 8.5 which I find strange.
All the reviewers there are either into COD or GEARS of WAR ...their brains dont go beyond...

Highly reccomend this game ...it will make then time we have to wait for DLC for ME3 sweeter.

Well I was happy when I got an e-mail in the other day saying that I could pre-order Guild Wars 2. It's only taken 5 years but hey!
