It's the old-man and inbreed little boy storytime epilogue. In PR-speak "interesting" means "artistic crap." Always. If it was good they'd say "great."

It's so close to launch anyways, and it's not like stories are a trade secret or anything. EA will likely not take any action, beyond disallowing them from doing QA for them ever again. 

As for WalMart, is EA really going to spend money on lawyers just to lodge a criminal complaint? WalMart is huge and has a lot of purchasing power. EA needs them more than they need EA. Releasing a few copies early isn't going to sour that relationship.

I think they were just referring to the whole 'grandpa tells grandson of The Shepard'-cinematic.

Another reason to hope that there is an ending where shepard wont get permanently seperated from the others.

See that hot scene with him and Ashley?  The ONLY thing I ask is for the ability to imagine my Shepard continuing to be able to do that.  But no, Bioware knows better.

I sure hope the Day 1 patch fixes this.  If so I'll even buy that cash grab From Ashes just as a monetary way of eating crow.

Would you be kind enough to point me toward the Ashley scene. Thanks!

I think they were just referring to the whole 'grandpa tells grandson of The Shepard'-cinematic.

 I remember specifically learning in 5th grade not to end a story as a story/ dream as that is a poor unimaginitive ending.

Just read the bit about the lead writers leaving the game in the hands of others. Obviously that isn't great if you're aiming for continuity. And if the newly acquired writers aren't willing to place their egos aside and do their homework, studying up on the plot, then you've created a damaging situation. It will be very interesting nonetheless. The series is like one big moral decision making test; the higher the score should mean a better, "paragon-like" (using the term loosely), ending.

Hitler might have intimidated the Reichstag by forcing them to pass the Enabling Act, but it was the German people who elected enough ****s to the Reichstag that Hitler could become Chancellor under Hindenberg in the first place.

To the moderators reading this, I hope you guys can foresee what is going to happen on the SIxth of March, if our fears and nightmares was proved RIGHT! Then Bioware will receive be hated more than Adolf Hitler! You dont fill us with hopes and dreams and then SUDDENLY shatter it down and expect no consequences what so ever! Before I knew about the spoilers I had a dream of my Shepard being with his LI AND PROBABLY Losing a friend or two or three..if NO LI CAN GET THAT ENDING! There is something DEFINITELY WRONG!

Customers are ALWAYS RIGHT! BUSINESS 101 GENTLEMEN! IF someone could not get the ending he wants....THEN YOU SHOULD ENCOURAGE HIM TO PLAY AGAIN AND THIS TIME he should take the right decisions so he would end up being with her.

BUT telling him directly or indirectly I.E. SORRY you might have sacrificed Jacks loyalty for Miranda but NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO IN ME 3 your shepard will never be with her is....LUDICROUS!
And this is a just short and brief example.

Actually, in business the customers always right thing is more an ideal, not the reality. A lot of times the investors and backers and financial supporters and higher-up's are the real determinator.

Anyway... comparing BioWare to Hitler is just immature.
