All five are on photobucket. Sorry about the sizing and quality. That page is around 320 and I had to hold my phone with one hand and the book open with the other. Plus, the warehouse isn't exactly super brightly lit, so the cheap Dare camera didn't focus very well. I work Sunday morning, so I can try to get some better pics when I go in. Now that I know how to upload them it should be a lot easier.
