Sorry to ask, but I have been absent for a long time "what is the news?"
I think I heard something a while back about some sort of explanation into the ending and that was about as much as was gunna happen, that alternate/additional endings just aren't happening.
Am I wrong/ is there anything else? (sorry I don't have time to go through about 500 pages for info - damn uni).

It's funny that Forbes is reporting on this fan video:

Well they have potentially had an upswing in readership thanks to their articles on the ending. It would make sense that they would keep reporting on little bits until the summer and try to keep those new readers interested. Or it's just a guy who really enjoyed it and got the go ahead to write about it.xHezz90 wrote...

Hahaha interesting. I guess they are trying to spread out with what they write about?

While we may not agree there may be people out there who believe that these kinds of endings were inevitable and that war wil always require sacrifice etc.g_bassi13 wrote...
Okay, I have a question to pose. Why do I keep hearing arguments about the ending of the game posing an "impossible choice", or the "illusion of choice"? I mean, I get why people would cite this as a reason they like the ending, because there's a weird sort of emo, hopeless, artfulness to it (and some people are weird like that). What I don't get is why they cite this as a reason that we should all shut up with the complaining and accept the endings too. I could list a dozen reasons myself as to why I think it is so blatantly wrong, but I thought it better to see what points you guys have.

Thank you for replying. I'm going to assume I'm not the only one who's not particularly happy about the response, but what can you do? Pity, I haven't touched it since reading about the endings - yep I haven't even finished it (I watched all the endings mind you, so I know what I didn't miss haha), and I can't bring myself to. Oh well, anyone have some recommendations of some great RPGs I could play instead??

A lot of people here are excited with/for The Witcher 2 at the moment.
Why don't you try to put your head down for a couple more hours sleep?Kyria Nyriese wrote...

Sad, dark, gloomy and no win seem to be the new thing these days for some reason. Don't ask me why, since generally my life is sad, dark and gloomy most of the time, so I tend to take my entertainment to forget for a while. Though you see it in television, movies, games, books. Maybe it's people looking at it like if the entertainment is worse than my life, I can face my life better? I don't really know.
This could also have to do with my sleep deprived state. Any grammer or spelling errors are because the screen is all blurry.
I'm thinking about it, though last time I did that I stared at the ceiling and my clock for an hour and a half.Phoenix NL wrote...

I'm really looking forward to it, mine is coming tomorrow *jumps up and down with excitement*
*cough* sorry about that *tries to get rid of her excitement due to it being similar to the ME3 excitement*
