I believe Xio said there wasn't a new ending for just beating NG+, I don't think he went so far as to accidentally the whole fish.

It's sad that people have come to praying for joke endings to make a better canon. I'd say that's a sign that Bioware really screwed up somewhere...

Earlier I suggested that there's a giant, galaxy-consuming explosion and out of it flies the paddlefish trailing a rainbow behind it, and Harbinger singing the nyan cat song.

Ooh I know. Shepard at the Pejek fish, an extremely poisonous (think pufferfish) fish that nearly killed him. He hallucinated all three games and is actually a Salarian dockworker at some grimy port. This is all a secret ploy by the grey aliens to trick us or something.

He imported his first me3 playthrough and did the next one. He did a full paragon and reloaded right before the final mission to do each option.

I believe that sentence is completed by adding "a second time." Again, I don't have the guide with me.
