And that BioWare wanted a smaller crew to chose from. Seriously, did anyone complain about the size of the ME2 crew. I felt that was one of the cool things about ME2, having your own dirty dozen to take down the collectors with. Seriously, why did they think reducing the crew size was a good idea?

They wanted a smaller crew to choose from because they were too lazy to program the rest. Time constraints, whatever it was, there's no excuse.

I didn't mind the smaller crew but it's clear certain characters just didn't get any attention because the writers/devs didn't care or didn't have the time. The problem is, the writers MADE Cerberus a bigger threat than it had ever been. So for Miranda to not be at Cronos station (either as a playable squadmate or simply a story piece) it's a glaring omission.

I felt somewhat let-down by the fact Cerberus turned out to be such boogeymen. I thought we would bump into the Reapers a bit more, since they are taking over the whole Galaxy, and less of their Cerberus puppets. There were two notable fights with the Reapers properly; one on Rannoch and one we lazily took out with a Cain on the London level. :?

The one thing that confused me and maybe I missed this while playing.  When Shep is trying to find the Cerberus headquarters you do the Miranda/sister quest on Horizon.  Miranda says she's put a tracking device on Kai Leng's ship, but doesn't Miranda already know where TIM's base is as she was there talking to him at the start of ME2.

It is established in the books that TIM moves his station every time someone comes aboard; thus it was in a different system after Miranda left.

Except the same massive star is visible outside TIM's "office" in both games so it looks like the Cerberus station never moved...

I was really confused by that as well.

Yet another plot hole to add to the list I guess:whistle:

Edited because I can't spell, apparently.

So all game developers must think we are a bunch of ADD addled, vicodin munching morons. I just watched a trailer of Dishonored, which I just found out about today.

The developers bring up the term Chaos, which apparently depending on the choices you make in the game, there will be little story line changes in the next mission. And they are downplaying it while they are talking about it. Then one comes out and says, "I don't think the average gamer will pay much attention to it."

What's funny is the segment cuts out before he can finish the sentence, so somewhere somebody thought, "maybe it isn't a good idea to imply our consumer base are idiots."

What is with the mentality of developers now that they just assume we are only playing games for Michael Baysplosions? That one sentence by him completely turned me off to the game, and it looked like it might have been a decent game. Very Bioshock/Assassins Creed.

THINGS THE ENDING DID TO ME.

The ending...

Rustled my jimmies
Tightened my girdle
Did not tickle my testes
Punched me in the pingas
Bullied my balls
Tormented my tentacles
Jiggled my juice
Flaggled my finkle
Flustered my funk
Prickled my petunias
Braided my bread
Molested my Mass Effect
Slapped my salad
Mumbled my mandibles
Did not giggle my Garrus
Lilihammered my Liara
Shat my Shepard
Naggled my Normandy
Waggled my Wrex
Giggled my jello
Pimpled my pumpernickel

And it was generally upsetting.

Soz for throwing this in but from what I've seen the game has no post ending gameplay. After the credits and buy more dlc ur back on the Normandy just before you do the TIM HQ quest.

Ok you buy a SP DLC say Omega. You play that and then play thru the whole ending again and guess what end credits buy more DLC and then back on the Normandy b4 the TIM HQ quest. Ever get the feeling ur in this never ending cycle?

Yep... in Me2 it mostly worked because the end was not really the end of the game, but this time they really shot themselves in the foot. If pre end DLC does not effect the outcome what was the point of it? and if it does why was it made DLC? ect ect

What if that means that everything from that point onward is Harbinger's last ditch effort to indoctrinate you? Or it could be a place holder of some sort until they get the Extended Cut out the door.

Who knows.

...Well that's embarassing, lol. I didn't know that. The last time I remember Big Huge doing anything was Rise of Nations like 10 years back. Was a very fun game, though oddly unbalanced when you get to the higher levels.

Lmao. I ran into one myself today. Given that I live in India, I should be running into them on a frequent basis, but it's the first one I've seen in a year. It was really big.

It went down something like this:

omg, EW.

See, when I lived in Japan, they were all over the place. In Brazil, I saw more rats and lizards than anything else. I never expected to have problem with cockroaches in central Pennsylvania in the middle of spring...

Japão, Brasil, EUA... Desculpa a intromissão, mas tu é modelo???

I cant read the thread right now, but I read someone complaining about accents or something... In the MP sometimes I can't understand what "native english speakers" are saying because of the cra**y sound quality. But usually they speak a little slower when they notice my awful accent, and it makes things easier...

Off-topic addendum: English ("proper" English as Jenova65 once told me) accent is extremely hot! Don't know why I think that. But I do. :P
