Don't know if it's cause I'm Scottish or the weather here is cold, damp and cloudy, but I'm really pessimistic about this DLC to the point I'm even thinking of taking the game back. Clarification and cut scenes isn't going to work for me even if they show my Shep with a blue baby and the fact it's going to be free which will mean that I shouldn't complain anymore and that's all we're going to get. So take it or leave it. Right I'd better cheer up b4 I head off 2 work.

I'm pretty much right there with you, but cheer up!
We can always keep fighting if (like we believe) this is crap.

The DLC has made me uncharacteristically optimistic. Usually I'm the reliable pessimist with enough of realism to bring everyone down, yet I'm actually looking forward to the DLC. Maybe I'm in denial, since I feel Bioware wouldn't let us doen again o__o

Maybe my nonexisting diet really is ******* my body up then

Was reading through the astrobiology explanation, and it made me lol more than anything. Not saying that the person didn't think things through, but the explanation for so many things boiled down to "it happened because it happened", or they try to apply some philosphical reasoning to what remains giant lapses in logic.

And the suggestion that this is what Bioware intended this all along, and that this could be used as fodder by those who liked the ending to prove to those that hated it are too stupid to understand it... well that makes me lol even harder.

It is not deep, it's horribly convoluted. And the funny thing is if by some remote chance it was true, it'd make things worse. Because we get to see just how far removed Bioware is from there fans.
