Yep Geth M.D DLC you play a geth transferred in a quarian suite and you have to boost the immune system. And have to fight evil viruses.

You know what, I see this as a good minigame 
You know the game where you have some collectable things, in my case sheep, wondering aroud your screen and you have to fence them in, an there are some avoidable creatures wondering around the screen as well... That's how I picture it 

Make it an 8-bit minigame then im all for it

The quote's dead on though. I shall have to see how hard I shall fall when my ego stops powering those shields, and they get a good shot at my engine and hyper drive. Though I guess I could just skip the falling alltogether and make a kaboom

And if not that, not to move away from Finland is a good tactic. As movies have proved, we survive zombie apocalypses, since the temperature is below zero for the most of the year. I'd like to see anything without a steady body heat try to move around during those months

Well clearly you shouldn't go crazy, I think a few of us bring more than enough of that to the thread! Maybe take a break for a few days and then see how you feel? Personally I want to see what they're going to give us in the summer and then make my decision from there but it's up to you

If enforced, the ruling could also slow the rate at which video is
posted to the site as any music clip would have to be cleared for
copyright before being used.

That will be the main problem, I cannot see Youtube having enough personel when there is over 60 hours of video uploaded every minute.

I like ur optimism but after reading Gamble's tweet it's yet another confirmation that they aint going to please me at least.  I personally don't just want clarification I really hate the whole star kid and 3 colours choice.  Oh well at least I got W2 today.

In a way it's nice to see other countries have just as stupid companies 'protecting the artist from piracy' as we do, but I hate whenever the ruling is something like this... IMHO the provider should not be held accountable for the content they do not provide themselves. Not in this kind of casesd anyhow, real criminal activity would be a different case.

Basically cloud gaming, eventually the game won't even be on your computer, it will be on a remote system and streamed to you, I'm glad I've got my hard copies, once gaming goes cloud the player loses the last bit of control they have.

some streaming sites have pulled out of germany, as long as they have no physical presanse in germany then technicly german laws have no power.

they can only get royalties if youtube itself puts the songs up, if you or me put the songs up then we can be held liable, but given that so many people are now wise to IP# tracking it is now possible to use proxy servers to upload songs and videos to many sites and it would be almost impossible to trace where it came from.

like how a gran in her 70's was being taken to court over songs being uploaded from her  house, the case fell through and was dismissed after it was proven that her router was hijacked by various neighbours.
