I've tried the Shepard shuffle, but it goes over about as well as you think it does.

Good grief!, you do realise you probably just gave EA ideas, you certainly gave me ideas, now where did I leave that brain bleach.

Mass Effect 4, 99% of the combat is replaced with dancing.

Don't worry Mr Bond, they already have this idea. Thought that's not precisely comforting, is it? The Geth Hop is what geth evasive manouver is called in MP. For real. Shepard has Combat Roll, Geths have Hop. Though I can just see it as a dance game too... :?

Fun fact, that's what they originally visioned for Batman Arkham Asylum. All combats done as dance-offs. I'm sorta happy they didn't go through with it

Yeah, luckily they scrapped it, but kept the main idea (timing!) and made it awesome. Rocksteady ftw, though I kind of hope they'll never get big enough to be devoured by some multi-national game corporation the Empire.

So... When are we gonna start our run on the dEAthstar?
Also, their ''Artistic Integrity'' cannot defeat my high ground... Image IPB

The ending to Episode 2 of Half Life made me angry. Not in the "this is bull****" way but in the "they are gonna pay and hear their own screams as they die" way.... Oh I can't wait.... Sorry if that was too dark side.

I thought Episode 2s ending was ok, mainly becuase at the time I thought there might be a resolution to the cliffhanger in a reasonable interval... then again you are probably going to hate on me now becuase I have played all my halflife on original and xbox360:lol:

In fact the G-Man at the end of mass effect 3 would have been a lot better than what we got

Hey as long as you played it it it doesn't matter where you played:D.

G-Man would fit very well in Mass Effect especially with that last speech in the Half Life 2:

G-Man: Time, Commander Shepard? Is it really that time again? It seems as if you only just arrived. You've done a great deal in a small time span. You've done so well, in fact, that I've received some interesting offers for your services.[G-Man picks something off the frozen body of the Catalyst]

G-Man: Ordinarily, I wouldn't contemplate them... but these *are* extraordinary times.[the world around Shepard fades away]

G-Man: Rather than offer you the illusion of free choice, I will take the liberty of choosing for you... if and when your time comes round again. I do apologize for what must seem to you an arbitrary imposition, Commander Shepard. I trust it will all make sense to you in the course of... well... I'm really not at liberty to say. In the meantime... this is where I get off.

Ye I always loved that speach... hmmm does introducing a new character from a different story count as a Deus Ex Machina?

Of course it would have to be vega who digs you out of the rubble, if you understand what I am implying about his character...

Just comparing ME3's ending to Half-Life 1, while the thread belly-crawls along. ;)

Oh I absolutely get what you are implying, but comparing Vega to that specific character is an insult to that character hahaha.

Still You aint right for that one:lol: so wrong.

Heh so I take it the morning crew hasn't all gotten in yet /snicker.

On that note, at some point in time I really should finish Half-Life 1 & 2 (first person games make me motion sick <_<)

Morning Kyria, only an error by a blog that almost got the forum up in arms, new comic featuring James Vega, the author of the blog created a misleading statement, because he read "2186" as the number of days in this statement "2186. Days after the reaper invasion"; he wrote "takes place 2000 days after the reaper invasion of earth", so got a few people up in arms, "How can it take place 5 years after!?!?"; hopefully the noticed error will spread faster than the forum fire, but I got my asbestos suit ready just in case.
