Question, was sha'ira still on the citadel in ME3 or had she left like the news thing said in ME2? Also I wonder why Parasini or Shiala (yeah I know you get the email from her) didn't make an appearance in the game after being in 1/2 already

I don't even remember even hearing about Sha'ira at all... And if I don't know about it, it probably didn't happen, seeing as I've played through 6 times and I've just gotten to the Quarians with my 7th... (Yeah I'm finally slowing down)
As for the others, Parasini doesn't get a mention and you only get the email from Shiala...

Sha'ira was a minor character technically... even though you pretty much spent 3 hours trying to get her to talk to you in ME1 haha.  Be happy the consort deems you worthy of a letter!  You obviously had a good 'talk'... oh wait... that was all you did.. after all the buildup!... that place was such a tease :P

My ending has every color of the rainbow... and a few extras, because it's that awesome.  You can't see it though, you wouldn't understand it!  I'm not changing it either.  I have my artistic integrity to think of :crying:

Sha'ira present you with a gift which can be used to unlock an artifact on one of the planets you explore in ME1

If you completed Citadel: Xeltan's Complaint before coming to her,
Sha'ira will give you a bonus reward, a small trinket that appears to be
of Prothean design. This can be used on Eletania, a planet in the Hercules system of the Attican Beta
cluster. Use the trinket when examining the anomaly at the ruins, and
you will experience a short burst of information about the Protheans
studying cavemen on Earth. If you do not speak to Xeltan before coming to Sha'ira, her door will be locked and you won't get the trinket.

It's just another thing that slipped under the radar never to be heard from again, they attempted to allude to it with the artifact orb discovered in ME2(at least that's what I think), but even that went under the radar.

Is that the ball orb thing that looked like mercury and you touched it and were 'endowed with knowledge' or whatever it was?

This reopened the wound that is my love for ME.  Just when I think I can move on...

I'm thinking about playing the witcher 2 since its out for consoles.  But I worry that it will be like DAO- the world is super cool but also really depressing.  I have no desire to live in the DA world because it is so depressing- so I have no desire to play a game in that world.

Get the first one then, 2's based off the same universe and 1 is on for like $9 or $10 on GoG this weekend.  Well worth it, imo.

I remember the codex saying no one knew where they come from or how they recouped their numbers. Something along it was a theory that in the bowels of the citadel, they were gentically mass produced (cloning), but since it was against the law to mess with them, no one ever found out.

You would think C-Sec or the Council would send teams to comb the entire Citadel at some point in time, I mean, at the very least to know what's under the hood. But apparently curiosity doesn't exist in the future.

I think I prefer the nightmare scenario that I thought up in my head, Bailey mentions duct rats, children that play in the ducts, some are found dead, but some are never found!

They self destruct if anyone attempts to examine them, but their numbers remain constant, it's believed they are created in the unexplored areas of the citadel.

Well, I guess they can be destroyed, but I thought you meant like...death by age/disease. Like, got too old and died kind of thing. :pinched:
