They were meditating on the awesomeness that Mass effect could have been once uppon a time.

Avoiding mostly. I have my Norton Anthology of English Literature vol 2 right here next to me, I just can't bring myself to open it. Because ofGoodwood wrote...
Hello again, Atrocity.
So I gotta ask, how're you holding up with all that end-of-term malarkey?

I just thought this was funny. I found it on Facebook:
EA is clearly aware of fan displeasure and I think it's disingenous of EA or Bioware to say that the amount of people unhappy with the ending are "in the minority." Were that true, I would think an advertisement like this wouldn't be necessary.
Edit Note:
This is not an ad for Mass Effect 3.
*Arches eyebrow.*
Is that for real?
*Is not amused*
I'm not even kiding, this image is real. I couldn't believe it when I saw it myself. The image is too obvious to be real, stating "No bad endings"; is not a phrase you choose given the current climate.
Please refrain from posting images, instead you should post a link. This is to help keep the thread from getting cluttered with images, and also helps to keep this thread alive just that much longer. Thank you~!Mystiq6 wrote...

Fixed, no more banned word!

The forum rules forbid to call anyone an underdweller. It's considered abuse or something, though no one told the merry folk over at MP section that. I have no idea whether BSN has some bot mechanically screening words, but best to play safe and not to use that word at all.Max Knight wrote...

err qestion why is a name of a nor mythological creature killable only with fire that tends to live under the bridges a banned word?

Don't forget that it also has regenerative abilities~! As to why it's banned, I'm not quite sure, but maybe it's because its thrown around at just about anyone who "disagrees" with the current topic.... *shrugs* Honestly though, I've got no idea...Max Knight wrote...

Rule 3 and 7 got it covered http://social.biowar...page/site-rules albeit loosely, it's the risk factor that counts.CaptnObvious wrote...
Calling someone an underdweller will most of the time be recognised as a personal attack against said user, and judging by the box at the top of the forums, is pretty serious nowadays.
Also, most underdwellers tend to try to be clever by not insulting anyone directly, which also puts them on the winning side if they decide to complain about being called a mythical creature.
Or maybe not.
Huh? I'm a bit tired, but isn't that what i basically said? Or are you just adding references to my words? If the latter, then thanks. :happy:DJBare wrote...

Hmm, if my memory serves, according to Finnish mythos they are not monsters, but rather just semi-magical folk living inside hard rock, mountains (if we had any) and such. They tend to talk funny, borrow stuff and never return what they've borrowed. Some have tails, others don't.Nharia1 wrote...

Apparently people who don't like the ending of Mass Effect 3 and are providing reasoned, logical, literary and game-design criticism at the ending (henceforth known as "detractors"), are being forced to "debate" the merits of their argument with people who dispute their claims with the emotional argument of "artistic integrity" (henceforth known as "deus-ex(-machina)-fans").Max Knight wrote...
